Ordered a tender meal and got nuggets . The cashier was rude and caught an attitude when she wasn’t listening. I ordered a 3 piece tender and she got mad when I told her I didn’t ask for 5 I asked for the 3 piece. And then gave me 3 nuggets instead of tenders. They “tenders” were less than a inch and a half. Food was barely warm. Horrible. Also need a new cashier who doesn’t have an attitude.

I was cheated today: instead of three chicken tenders they gave me two. They make you wait extremely long time there (I had to turn off my car not to waste my gas while waiting 30 minutes with only 2 customers before me). The whole team needs to be changed including their management since they can’t solve multiple problems with this location.

This Popeye’s location used to be good. Last three times I’ve been there it’s gotten progressively worse. I will drive out of my way and wait in long lines to not have to deal with this particular location again.

Unprofessional and rude. Waited in parking lot of CVS per their instructions and never received food. Had to go inside and request a refund. My order had somehow been forgotten. Just drive further down to the one on Veterans and Clearview. They’re slightly better.

It is a circus in there. Manager and few female employees were taking job serious but the males were loud and came in from the drive-thru side door smelling of weed. They had help wanted sign on Marque and I sure those guys are on the short list to getting fired as soon as they can get some better help. I requested a 3 piece white meat dinner and somehow I got a drumstick in my order. Probably will skip going to that Popeye’s for a while.

Lackluster in every respect. The few fries we were given were just tossed in the bottom of the bag. The mac & cheese was burned, and the service kid mumbled so much I couldn’t understand a single word. And $13 for a chicken sandwich combo with a few cold fries and some of the worst mac and cheese ever is ridiculous.

If I could give 0 star I would. How I go to popeyes at 8:40 and they tell me they don’t have chicken for an 8pc. The little boys yelling to some lady in back. She probably didn’t want to drop anymore chicken bc they closed at 10. I’m a paying customer if you don’t have customers you don’t have a check. It’s just the worse experience ever and won’t ever be back. I know for sure management was the one telling him we don’t have chicken. How Popeyes don’t have 8 pc chicken? Confused much.
