Both as a customer and Dasher it’s horrible! Seems like the owner is too slow to address the concerns so maybe the BOARD OF HEALTH CAN! Always looks dirty, super slow, bad attitudes and that’s if they’re not ignoring you altogether. Why are we told we have to go inside to pick up food delivery orders if the lobby is closed? I bet if people stop going, that would get this owner’s attention because I’m sure they don’t care AT ALL!

Second time I have gone there, paid $1 for an extra biscuit, only to find out they didn’t give me what I paid for. Funny thing is, I noticed the guy in front of me get his order, check it out, and found out he was shorted as well. He got his item. I suppose he learned his lesson, since being shorted before. I waited for 40 mins in line,when I finally got my order the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in old grease,, I went back to get a refund but the lobby was closed and they wouldn’t unlock the door so I had to get back in the drive thru line and wait another 30 mins to get my money back.

Went through drive thru tonight took forever, when finally ordered and got to window to pay the employee looked like she was high, when I got home with my order part of it was missing and the chicken was hard and dried out like it was very old, 7:30 PM when received order. I called store but no one answered the phone on several tries, will not be eating at this location ever again.

So went through drive thru @ 8:30pm. Asked for a 4pce white meat spicy combo, large sweet tea, and cajun rice. Immediately told no tea, so before i could say just a water, she cancelled the whole order told us to have a good night…we were confused, we said wait, then we heard a bunch of cackling laughs like we were being trolled. Then as i made my way around, there was ZERO cars being served. I believe the drive thru persons were turning away people to NOT sell anything.

This has to be the worst Popeyes ever. They are always out of products and the cashiers are rude. I had a mobile pickup order and drove 35 minutes from my home just for them to tell me that they are only serving “thighs and biscuits “. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Dont even waste your time coming to this location.

I stay 2 minutes away. The service is horrible. The food never hot and fresh. The attitudes are worst. Always under staffed and out of something. It’s not corporate this one is privately owned explains why the service is terrible. And your order is never correct.
