This location thats off of Williams blvd. In Kenner La. Is the one to go to. The “Chicken” is allways “Hot” & “Fresh”! There “Red Beans & Rice is allways good. There Cajun Rice and Mash Potatoes and Gravy is “Yummy” to the stomach. I am very pleased everytime I visit this location which I visited ywo days in a row! The “Outstanding” customer service is “Out Of This World”! I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends!

I picked up food for someone else, but I’m told the popcorn shrimp was delicious. Besides that, this isn’t the first time, and normally, this location is void of any type of customer service. Let alone good for that matter. I was surprised today. I was still met with the same dry, I don’t want to be here tone for the order, but the person helping us was pleasant, professional verbally, if not physically. Considering the bar was pretty low for service already, I was pleased to see a small change.

Despite repeating the order multiple times and questioning the employee when the receipt did not reflect what I ordered. They reassured me they would tell the kitchen what I wanted. I did not thoroughly check my order when before heading home. I had ordered a family size box of chicken, thighs only, half spicy half mild. I arrived at home to find that under the 3 thighs on top was chicken breast and chicken wings. I called to address the issue with them and no one answered. Spending over $65 on fried chicken and not getting what I asked for despite my efforts is not okay.

Avoid this location! Customer service is an afterthought. Went into the lobby between 12pm-1pm. Surprisingly they weren’t busy at all (I’m guessing locals had gotten word to stay away). Walked up to place my order and cashier just stares at me without saying a word. I stand there for what felt like a lifetime before the cashier finally says “I’m ready whenever you are.” …. I can feel the contempt from 5ft away lol. Had to give my order 3 times before the cashier got it right. No thank you from cashier, no pleasantries exchanged. Just angst and apathy. The food was meh, tasted like it was prepared hours prior despite it being lunchtime. If you must have chicken just drive to Chick fil-A on Veterans blvd. Employees are friendly and the order will be correct.

To the lady working the drive thru window today, customer service was amazing she made sure my (fairly large) order was correct to the T. Repeated it back and as she handed it to me made sure to repeat it again as she handed it to me, telling me what was in each bag. Got home and everything was perfect! Thank you

Where do I start. From them closing the lobby at 830pm. So drive through line I was in for 28 min and only 4 cars ahead of me. No wings, no blackened chicken. So I order a 8 piece and added an extra side a large mashed potatoes. I get two small mashed potatoes, I’m assuming out of containers. No way does 2 small equal a large. Then they left out my 4 freaking biscuits. The service here is always horrible. Hopefully the same owner doesn’t own David Dr, that’s where I’ll start going even though I live 2 min away.

The service and food is better in the day . The woman cashier/ order taker at night is rude and you can’t understand a word she says . I had to ask her 5 times to repeat the total to me . Talk about awkward! She talked way too fast and instead of stating the total in dollars and cents , she gave the numbers . Like 7, 1 , 2 instead of Seven dollars and twelve cents . It was very awkward and then I had to deal with her attitude . Yesterday same woman got my order messed up and gave me a funky attitude for going in to get my food that she forgot to give me ! I guess I’m just gonna have to forget my sandwich for dinner and just go at lunch if I want it . I don’t like doing business with rude people when I’m spending my hard earned money . Too many other places to eat with well mannered folk .

First and foremost, this has to be the slowest service at any Popeyes or any other fast food restaurants. Secondly, the size of the servings are very small. The size of the chicken, red beans, and drinks are baby portions. Why are they still serving drinks in that little bitty cup. It’s too hot in the summer for that. The sizes of the chicken look like bird legs instead of chicken, and you can never get a full serving of the red beans and rice. It’s always below the line, and the serving cup is already small.

Never go here. Late night service sucks. Wanted fries. They tell me that they’re not cooking fries an hour before closing. When did fast food stop accommodating the customer? They would rather that the customer be inconvenienced than cook some fries late. Their chicken is overrated anyway. 5 thumbs down.
