Almost every Popeyes is pure ghetto. Workers smoking weed outside of the restaurant. A young lady had an attitude with me when ordering through the drive through . I had to repeat myself thousands of times because of her outside conversations with her co workers. She could have at least turned her mic off . The worst Popeyes by far .Also missing items in bag . There were so many items missing once I checked the bag I could reloaded once I left there was even more food missing .

I stop here whenever I go to the New Orleans East Hospital, never seems to have a line but still can be a lil slow. My order is always right and fresh n hot. If they were a lil faster they’d be near perfect.

This has got to be the worst Popeyes in the New Orleans/ Metairie/ Kenner area. The night crew to be specific. It’s really sad how they have the customers just sitting at the drive thru intercom for 5-10 minutes. It’s ridiculous! They literally are in there playing around while I’m sitting here typing this review. You guys really need to do better.

Everytime I come here, the service is sooo slow! I placed a mobile order today and when I got to the window, the worker didn’t even say hi or anything. I said that I had a mobile and she pointed her head to go to the next window and went back on her phone. Literally didn’t even say one word me to. When I got to the second window, the three ladies at the window were also all on their phone. Mind you that it was dinner rush hour and these employees weren’t being efficient. Bad service!
