I ordered a 10pc meal and specifically asked for fresh food and stated that I’ll wait for fresh food only to get to the Drive-Thru an receive cold food. I called the store to let them know that I had received cold food only to be told to come back the next day and they’ll replace my order. I attempted to the following day and was told that the manager that wasn’t on duty. It’s ridiculous that someone can spend they hard earned money expecting fresh hot food only to receive cold food.

I went inside, ordered 7 biscuits to go. There were three people that came in after me that ordered and got served before I got my 7 biscuits. I waited 30 minutes. Lousy service, snotty attitude on the part of the employees working the counter. Management needs to step up to the plate and start running that place like a business!
