Stopped here on exit 61 and service was horrible! Didn’t have any chicken ready so we had to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken. Isn’t this Popeyes, a chicken restaurant?? How is it that no chicken was ready at all?! Horrible.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes we were given the incorrect order however did not realize it until 20 minutes later after getting home. They had the phone off the hook at the store and corp has been unresponsive also even after requesting to be contacted. Do not recommend this location or any other Popeyes due to their standard subpar service.

Every time I try to get food here they are always “out” of everything. It’s 8 pm and the hours say they close @ 11pm. How are you out of something every time, and also 2 hours before you close?? Do better. Close this place down because you’re just wasting money on keeping the lights on bc you’re losing 100 costumers a day.

The staff and emoloyees were very nice and friendly! My food was hot and fresh and all my products were A1! Bathrooms were clean and fresh as well. All 5 stars they deserve it!

The chicken tenders were big and delicious. My only complaint is, I ordered spicy and they gave me regular. It was to go and I didn’t notice realize till I reached my destination, too far to go back. Luckily I had the sweet & spicy sauce.

The chicken at Popeyes, tried at two different locations recently, is woefully small. In fact, I’ve never experienced smaller; anywhere. Sad. The sandwich is still wonderful though. I wish they still had onion rings too. Why did they leave? I used to get a po-boy at one restaurant and go there to get a family sized onion ring order to go. Boy, I miss those days … and the chicken was normal sized back then.
