Wasn’t very happy with my last visit. Waited in the drive through for 5 mins without anyone coming to the mic. Finally after I made myself known, someone answered and said it would be a few mins. I ordered and asked for Sprite with no ice and was given this. Not very happy with this visit.

Order was through drive-thru. Once I got home it looked like everything was in order. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich, fries and a large coke. I asked for the classic not the spicy blackened chicken sandwich. When I took a bite out of the sandwich, it had jalapeños on it. Other than that, the chicken sandwich was great but the jalapeños weren’t needed or asked for.

Ordered an 11 pc. Family meal deal. As soon as they put the chicken in the car, it had the worst burnt grease smell. Opening the box, I found the chicken over fried as well (well past extra crispy). When I brought this issue to management, they responded that there was nothing they could do. They said that they had not received any “Filter Bags”. Management was polite and curious and issued a full refund. However, why is this restaurant still serving chicken if they know that the grease is burnt? This is not the Popeyes I know.

I ordered 2 pieces – a thigh and wing – so small – pathetic – along with coleslaw and Cajun rice – Cajun rice was so salty I threw it out – and a biscuit! All for the bargain price of $12 – what a rip off – wish I could upload picture!

I always get 5pc tenders with Cajun Rice but the serving size of the Rice is so ridiculous the shouldn’t even bother giving a side. Barely had 5 bites in the container. Seems that all the side portions are getting smaller and smaller at Popeyes while the price goes higher.

Not a fan of this one. $20 for what was easily the smallest sandwich I’ve ever gotten from any Popeyes and a 3 piece combo. Smallest wing I’ve ever seen in my life. Sprite tasted watered down and they didn’t even fill up the cup for my Mac and cheese, like literally half full. If no stars was an option I’d have picked that. Will now be going back to this Popeyes.

It’s a wonder how these people even got the job. You directly ask them for things, they either don’t give it to you, or they give you the wrong thing(within 20 seconds). It’s quite amazing. You can ask three or four times for something. They’re just THAT stupid here. I’ll wait months to return, hoping something has changed, but it doesn’t matter. It must be management.
