Chicken was hot, fries were cold n old. But the slushy made up for the fries… It was diabetes in a cup jus like I like but don’t need… Lol

Went to Popeyes in Rayne. No fish sandwiches no chicken sandwiches. Ordered 2-2piece one dark one light but got a wing with each order and of course small pieces. Worse Popeyes ever unless they are all bad and of course I had to wait for my order. Bill was 20$! Does anyone know if all Popeyes are this bad? Poor management poor ordering skills. They are always out of something. Once they didn’t have tartar sauce. Don’t understand how this franchise is so bad.

Ordered my food, was told they were out of a bunch of stuff. The service to me was ok but another customer had made an order and then was told after waiting for 15 minutes that they couldn’t complete his order. Mind you this was at 7pm. Another customer walked in and I was startled cause the cashier/Manager yelled, “We’re out of mild! We’re out of buscuits! We’re out of strips! If you want something, i hope you like spicy!”

Went through drive through, menu is not even shown. Could not understand my order through headset and asked me to pull around… gave my order (1 chicken sandy, 1 fry, 1 biscuit) and paid. Made me pull to the side and said they would bring it out to me… 15 min later I go inside and asked for refund … wait another 5 mins just for them to charge me for the order again. I was told I was refunded for both charges but still have not seen it yet… I went back later to ask why I have not received my refund and the manager gave me nothing but attitude and talked down to me like I was dumb. I haven’t been that frustrated in a long time… I never write these kind of reviews but I know others must be warned

Everytime I go it’s a wait on food but its never hot and fresh. Sometimes I go and my Chicken is dry and hard. It’s only this location so now when I have a taste for popeyes I go to a different location. I’ll give this one another chance in a few months.
