We were the first customers of the day! We ordered our food and everything was nice and fresh! I’m giving 5 stars because when our card was denied twice, the worker seen the panic in my eyes and she kindly took care of it. So glad to know they still have decent people in this world. Blessings come in many forms that day she was mine. I reccomend stopping by because anywhere they have kind workers is were you know they care about their job. Which means they care about the customer #1.

Service was slow and very rude. Order was wrong and it took 25 minutes for them to replace the original order but replaced order was wrong also. Never received what I ordered and paid for. I do not recommend anyone to attempt to get food here.

This is probably the best Popeyes location I’ve ever been to. Service is always quick, entire staff is friendly and the food seems to somehow always be fresh. When I roll up to the drive thru I’m always immediately greeted, and I never have to wait for my food even though they are getting CONSTANT orders. Nothing else much to say here, just a damn good Popeyes.

Went there foe lunch with two other coworkers. I ordered the shrimp platter. I ate two of them before inspecting the shrimp. They were rotten. Black spots from one side to the other. I went back inside to complain, the manager never came from the back to speak to me. So she must have known. I with that I would have kept the shrimp and got an attorney. Be careful at this nasty place. I also complain with the health department. The girl at the window had an attitude. It’s not my fault that you applied at Popeyes for a job. The inside looked nasty. They should close this place down.

I ordered a 8 piece mixed.Thwy over charged me on top of that I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my order and on top of that when I got it the chicken was cold and they gave me some tiny little wings I will never in my lifetime ever go to this Popeyes in St Martinville again do they do all their customers like they did me
