Y’all…come see! I don’t really like leaving bad reviews. I’d rather find something positive to highlight. But come listen at this. I was probably the 4th car in line waiting to order. The car in front of me finally reaches the order screen & waits…& waits….so finally he says “hello”…someone comes on the speaker & says “you don’t have to say hello”. He said excuse me? She repeated “you don’t have to say hello. What would you like to order?” Where has the customer service skills gone? As he was pulling off after placing his order, her mic was still on & she proceeded to tell someone in the background “I told him he don’t have to say hello”. Let me just tell you, the customer was a GOOD MAN. I listened to see if he would address it at the window & he said NOTHING. When I pulled up to the order screen I asked for a specific spicy sandwich & asked what came on it. The person taking the order says to me “when you tell me if you want a spicy or mild sandwich I will tell you what comes on it!” I repeated “I SAID SPICY”! Her attitude softened up. When it comes to customer service, I’m definitely going to play a game of follow the leader, especially when spending my money that contributes to their paycheck. Good customer service can go a long way. Also those are the fries that came with the sandwich. I’m only 5’ tall so my palms are pretty small. Do better Popeyes on Country Club- Lake Charles.

The food was good, like it always it, but I waited for over 25 minutes for my order. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go in and order to go. Next time I’ll call in my order that’s for sure.

Came in for an early dinner around 5, and the workers were super busy. Even the manager was working the line. The cashier was super sweet and even brought our food out to us. Will definitely be back!!!

10 minutes I sat at the menu waiting to order. No reason it should take 10 minutes to order – I drove off only 1 car on the other side of the building waiting for an order. It cant be that hard to throw some chicken in a fryer when thats all the menu is. The light on the menu was also out – I could see but one of the cars ahead of me the poor lady could hardly read it. Went to Sonic and had my food in 5 minutes of ordering. Popeyes has ruined its reputation completely in Lake Charles. Conveniently its ruining its name almost everywhere I go.

Possibly the worst managed fast food chain in the city. This location has had the same problem for years. Expect to spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru and then it’ll still be a coin flip if your food will be remotely fresh or hot. Haven’t had any better luck with the lobby or online orders.

Manager was rude when he said I will take your order. Then left me hanging for 5 extra minutes. Had no one in front of me. Checked me out gave me my food but left a comment like wow that was uncalled for? I said sir didn’t not disrespect and I was there 30 minutes. Wow some people amaze me!!! Rude place to eat at!!!

After my recent visit to Popeyes I didnt plan to visit so soon, however the kids wanted the chicken sandwich, so i ordered delivery for them. Well, one of the chicken sandwiches arrived with Mayo and my picky eater wouldn’t touch it. However, Timothy, (I’m assuming the manager) apologize and quickly make the situation better. I also observed Tim, (when i went back to the store to return the sandwich and notify them of the miatake) dealing with another customer complaint, and he handled that matter in a very professional at a top level manner. Hannah and Tim did quality checks and provided a great customer service experience. We all mess up, but it’s how we happen things after a mistake.

Service was awful, workers were rude and their clothing was dirty. Food being prepped bare handed. Waited 40 min for an order that was placed online. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Definitely will NOT go back to this establishment.

Really terrible attitude of staff members. Messed up my order. Forgot 3 of the 5 items. Screwed up 1 of the 2 they did include. Almost forgot the drink as well. Literally seemed annoyed to be working.
