Rude staff. Very ghetto. Completely unprofessional.Waited 40 minutes for our food at the drive thru. Got our food it was cold. When I walked inside to see where my food was after waiting 25 minutes. The cashier rolled her eyes at me and walked away before I could finish speaking. I almost left even though I had already paid. Not the first time Ive had this experience at this location.Only stopped at this location in Gonzales because I didn’t want to drive to another spot a little further away. Never again!!!!!!!!

I placed a mobile order so I wouldn’t have to wait. Well… that didn’t work, I got there went through the drive thru and still had to wait 20+min for my food. What made it worse is the lady that brought my food got to my window and said “next time order your food in the store!”

If you don’t have what I want, I would appreciate if you would just tell me so I can go somewhere else. When I go to Popeye’s, it’s because I want spicy chicken. I don’t appreciate finding out it’s mild after I paid for it. And don’t lie to my face and say the grease was just changed. I love Popeye’s chicken, but I don’t like being lied to and not getting what I ordered.
