Just left this location and the service was horrible from the cashier taking the orders at the window to the worker that posed as the manager on duty when requested. The young lady had a very nasty attitude and the manager never presented herself as such but instead stated that it had to be obvious she was a manager because she wore a different shirt. She never stated her name or title after 3 requests and the only resolution she offered was that she would take our order. I would not order nor advise anyone to order from this location I drove the 6 minutes to the Burbank location for better service. This is the supposedly manager and her appearance upon arrival to the window after counting money that was more important than taking care of customers. Now that I look at the picture the windows being beyond filter gives me clarity in knowing I didn’t want nothing serviced out this building anyways so it was a blessing in disguise.

I love everything here!!! I love that I can always come to Popeyes when I have an appetite for fried shrimp. The chicken sandwiches are so very good!!!! Oh and let’s talk about that FROZEN LEMONADE It is so good! I’ve had the regular, the strawberry lemonade and the mango lemonade, mango is my favorite one but all of them are SOOOO GOOD!

My visit was the best out of all the restaurants I have visit since my stay in Baton Rouge I’ve been here 2 months and I really don’t like eating out but I must say I have visit 2 others Popeyes and several other restaurants and the food was not tasty but service was good but at this location I got both hats off to this team didn’t visit inside so I can’t speculate on cleanliness but the customer service and food quality was Awesome! Being an OMP at another restaurant myself I had to give it to them even called them and let them knew how my experience was.

Terrible place to go…waited in the drivethru line for 20 minutes. Apparently they stopped taking orders while the late shift worker counted their till. Someone could have informed the drive-thru customers and instead of letting the line back up to the street. I left without placing an order.

Filthy store, nobody ever came to counter just shouted from kitchen. Mgr & employees yelling at each other. Ordered on app, order was wrong, took 20+ mins. Food cold, fried chicken strips tasted like they were marinated in muddy/dirty dish water. Biscuit was pale, dense, cold.

As with most Popeyes restaurants these days, the employees act like they are doing you a favor. This brand is a shell of what it once was. Poor AL is probably spinning in his grave. It’s a shame because when properly prepared, Popeyes chicken is legendary. Someone needs to save this brand while there is still something left.
