Slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been too. Manager is in over their head and clearly has no managerial experience. You can tell they have never led anyone and the staff doesn’t follow their leadership. If I were Popeyes corporate I would definitely get someone that knows what’s going on in there. It’s truly ridiculous it’s like they took the first person they saw on the street and put them in a manager uniform. My 3 year old could run a store better

The Manger seems like a cool person . It’s his workers at the time. Dude on the register was kind of lost . Took me 25 minutes to get my Uber eats order. You had two people sitting down on break that don’t seem to understand that when you get busy try to help out . There’s no reason anyone should be waiting that long for food . Needs more since of urgency. The customer comes first and you get paid to service the customer. If the customer not your priority then you in the wrong business.

Quick service but the red beans and rice were scorching hot and watery. The lady forgot to give me a straw or a spork. I asked for one and thanked her she didn’t say you are welcome or anything. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it is definitely spicy it had my lips all red and puffy after eating it. I think I will avoid that sandwich in the future!

Waiting time was at least 30 to 45 minute. Was given incorrect change back, when asked the teller about the error she said she had to wait till they brought her some change, she told me to pull up from drive through window and she would bring my change out to me. I waited another 10 minute no one came, I parked my card went inside told another teller don’t worry about my change just give me my sauce she didnt put in my bag. Then I told her it would be nice if you would just asked the customer do they have the exact change because you running low instead of giving people back incorrect change and not giving them any kind of explanation and then get attitude as if they are in the wrong . It was only .30cent I would have gladly said thats OK keep the change if I had been given the optional.

Went there tonight and experienced exceptional service despite the fact that the restaurant had cooks taking orders and performing expo. While the cooks would not disclose this to me, it was clear seeing them take my order, prepare my order, ring up my order, and hand it to me with a smile.
