Dont come to our local Popeye’s for 2 pc dark meat and expect a chicken leg not happening they dont have chicken legs. Once the meal was given to me and i noticed it was missing a chicken leg I informed the guy working the window and asked where my leg was. He said they were out of legs. I informed him I didnt want it. The manager came to the window asking what the problem was i explained to her she asked me did I request a chicken leg I said No I didn’t. She informed me i cant go by the picture. From childhood to now I have always requested a 2 pc and got a chicken leg. She wanted to argue with me instead of just giving me my money back.

Paid about $65 for a family meal. I was told to park. I waited for about 30 mins before I walked back in and said I’m pretty sure you forgot about me and at that moment they just started making my meal. When I got home I noticed I was missing all 4 of my sides. I called and they told me I could come back. I get there and it’s not ready. The girl says park for me because we’re stilling working on your fries. I said your not going to forget about me are you because y’all did the last time and she replied let me think about that one. Poor customer service. Talk to your employees. If they don’t want to work send them home.

Well we stayed there for about 15 minutes trying to figure out what we wanted and then we were ready to order they didn’t have any of the crispy hot spicy fried chicken the lady said he’s just now breading it so I’m not really sure why they didn’t have any chicken ready. We were really disappointed

They misunderstood order 3 times and fixed it before it was paid for, then we got our food and it was still the wrong order. It was pretty annoying for them to not get order right at all on top of them having no sodas. We got our money back and just went to Raising Canes. They did us a favor. Raising Canes were awesome!

I stopped by to get our Thanksgiving turkey. If you haven’t had one, get one! They’re amazing and have become a staple for the holidays and a family favorite. Everyone inside was very pleasant. I only rated the atmosphere low because an employee was outside on the phone yelling and cussing aggressively at whoever he was talking to.
