By far the worst experience I’ve had in years. First they didn’t have the items from my mobile order cool was told go through app to request a refund. Ok let me order something else. Well i order a two piece spicy. Cashier swiped my card and two seconds later was told there’s no spicy chicken at this point I’m over it. I said ok just refund me and I’ll go. I was told by the manger TIFFANY they don’t do refunds call the 713 number. Now I’m heated cause you telling me out of two orders i can’t get my money back. So i proceed to record because she was so nasty, she shut the window like a good citizen i didn’t move. What do you know they magically have spicy chicken. I’m not stupid the chicken was mild and pink. I didn’t even have it in me to turn around. Corporate will definitely hear from me the next business day ! Close this restaurant and hire more professional employees please. I think they forget we keep you employed if no one ate there you would go out of business and you wouldn’t have a job. Don’t get a customer service job and have a nasty attitude

extremely slow in the lobby and employees didn’t work well together at all. the manager on duty (i assume that’s what he was, he was the only employee in a black shirt) basically told the woman working the drive thru “that’s not my job” when she asked him for help. they did offer me extra shrimp for me wait which was nice, but my goodness was it a wait.

The location is terrible. I come by already twice a week for the Featured Ghost Pepper Wings. They never have any. So I try to order something else. Guess what they are out of that items also. Management needs to be replaced. There’s no way the staff has to continuously tell customers they are out of product.

The employees were very rude and very racist. A customer that ordered and paid after me was served right away. Finally an employee asked me what I ordered and then put it together and did not put any biscuits in my food container. He then told my cashier to ring me up again. By the way my cashier that took my order is the same one that got the customer that was after me order ready and then looked past me as if I weren’t there. While all this was taking place the manager was not supportive at all when I stated that I hadn’t been waited on in the order in which I came. I left very upset that I had been judged by the color of my skin.

Every time I go here they are out of something and last time she named off 5 items they didn’t have and the time before that got 10 piece meal and there were 4 backs in my order same old thing every time they should shut the doors now they are building a chick fleet next door where I know I can get a chicken sandwich at and it will be fast and courteous

This particular restaurant never had anything. Every time I go to order a chicken sandwich, tenders, or nuggets they are always out. Even with the new ghost pepper wings, they never have any. At some point management or corporate needs to step in.

the wait in the line was abnormally long the young man with blonde hair was very unorganized with the orders i also seen him scratch in his head when walking by the chicken the food had absolutely NO FLAVOR like it’s supposed to and also the wait was atleast 25 mins chicken wasn’t even hot. when at the window people walked by looking and didn’t bother to help with the orders when the line was clearly long absolute terrible experience
