Always getting your order wrong, I went in with my daughter and this lady came in mad because they give her the wrong order and she started playing the race card, “your serving whites before me” the manager made an employee punch out and leave because she told that customer it has nothing to do with race, it’s the last time I will ever eat at Popeyes ever again…

The manager on duty was the RUDEST one of them all although all 3 of the girls there were rude and very slow. They had men inside at the front counter blocking paying customers AND GOT THEIR FOOD FREE!! They got my order wrong and gave me chicken instead of tinder’s then proceeded to get mad and rude with me when I told them it was wrong. Manager said OMG OMG I’LL BE 15 MINUTES TELL THEM TO PULL UP! ROLLING THER EYES AT ME IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW! AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES FOR 15 MINUTE TINDER’S I went back in to the store and she (Manager) says “GIRL LET ME GET HER ORDER CUZ SHE DONE CAME BACK UP IN HERE” they all looked, laughing and whispering. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!

Food was very nasty. Hot food was requested, but received cold food. I also asked for spicy breasts and wings, instead I received all mild. The entire order had to be cooked. The apple pies were old and cold. Three new fresh apple pies were requested, instead three pies fried in old cooking oil. A large tea was ordered and it was unsweert. What a waste of $35.00. Only one employee was friendly, the others had attitudes. Will not return to this place again!

NOBODY WEARING MASKS and service is horrible. They gave me not so fresh chicken along with maybe two teaspoons of mash potatoes & half container of red beans & rice in a family meal. Prior to ordering , it was pitch black but I notice the light over the chicken and proceeded to place order. I asked if they were aware the lights were off and they responded yes. Now back to the beginning, I asked why no one was wearing a mask . The young lady at drive thru stated she’d just returned from break , which means you’re on the clock. Well , I noticed that the lady that was preparing my food mask was UNDER her chin and she was talking and preparing my food at the same time. I asked if masks was a requirement and the young lady in drive thru said yes. I eventually got my order and got home , only to return it bc it wasn’t fresh and containers nearly empty. The Mgr said the reason for the mash potatoes bc they were out. I asked if he’d like to be served half the meal at full price .Popeyes 165 south Monroe, Louisiana UPDATE : I asked for refund !!! Nobody cares about customer service anymore ..
