Where do I start? A few days ago I walked into KFC to order some classic chicken, and the person taking my order had the biggest attitude a Kentucky man could find. I had to walk my self a quarter mile down to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I was sketchy at first because there was no way popeyes could compare to the 11 herbs and spices, but boy was I wrong. Upon entering the establishment, I automatically knew it was better, the aroma of the waiting section, the cleanliness of the tables, and the surprisingly pleasant smell of the restroom. As I ordered, the cashier was very friendly, patient, and full of that Louisiana spirit. I received my food along with the ravishing taste of those buttery popeyes Louisiana kitchen biscuits . My experience was nothing short of spectacular and it is something that I will remember the rest of my life.

i never leave reviews but this was actually probably my the worst customer service i’ve ever seen in my life. they forgot my side and sauce that i ordered, and then proceeded to charge me extra to get the sauce that i already paid for but didn’t get in the first place. the person in the drive thru was incredibly rude… ma’am you work at popeyes for a living at your big age… chill out. service is actually worse than mcdonald’s.

Worse fast food ever! How can the food be cold when they give it to you. I asked for spicy chicken and one piece that was spicy. I truly don’t understand how thus location is still operational. This restaurant is sad. Why would you give someone food that you, yourself wouldn’t want to eat. This is not the first complaint and I sure it will not be the last. The company that own this restaurant needs to get capable employees. Employees that care about the customers. Then they have to audacity to sell the poor quality food at a high price. This the restaurant on California.

Oh my goodness where to begin? Popeyes on California in Ruston was horrible from the time we walked in. This location needs a major overhaul on employees and food. We ordered shrimp and they were nasty, they were over cooked and you tasted burnt grease not shrimp.

So I just went in the Popeyes on highway 33 in Ruston Louisiana the new Popeyes you would think their service would be great with it being new the worker was not friendly they were out of fries and mashed potatoes the only side they had was macaroni and cheese and red beans so I got two red beans as both sides they fit into one cup they both barely even had anything in them so I ended up putting them in one cup and still had room the chicken was so small the worse service I ever had with Popeyes. Food is to expensive to be getting such bad service managers need to step up and do they job.
