Poorest service ever. The employee that is working the window at 9:13 pm tonight Wednesday night August 30th, 2023 she needs to be fired because she slammed the window in my face when I asked for bbq sauce and completely got out of line with my husband when she got extremely demanding and yelled at him and I to park in front of the Popeye’s. We then sat there for 17 minutes waiting on one sandwich and lemonade, that’s all but then she demanded us to not park out front as we still wait for my food , so we both jumped out of the vehicle and demanded her to get our refund and she complied after nodding off at the window and putting a small blue clear baggie in her breast area with a brown substance inside of it that she acquired from the car behind ours. She demanded us to move so she could give her dope dealer free food for her dope dealer. She was most ignorant and I’m contacting the BBA on this issue now

Pulled up to drive thru at 9:25 in which they closed at 10 on 6/15 a Thursday night and was told they only had mild tenders available and 1 mild breast. I’m guessing they didn’t want to cook anymore chicken because they were closing in 35 minutes. I am a manager and my employees would definitely be wrote up if they did this paying customers. End result, this location lost revenue because we went to Southern Classic and bought a meal for 6. Would not recommend this location.

Don’t try to online order because I was told when I pulled up at the intercom that it will be additional 15 minutes because they don’t know to start it because they don’t know that they have to order until I tell them I come up here and give name. Now who knows that that statement is incorrect. The whole reason for online ordering reason online ordering is done is so that the food will be done when they get here online orderingis to skip the wait time . And I didn’t wait 15 minutes I waited additional 40 minutes

If you order ahead you wait 15 minutes for them to bring part of the order out. Then you go in and stand in line with 5 other people who didn’t get what they ordered. Then they tell you they already gave you the order they didn’t give you. Poor service and attitude all around.

Food was ok. The tables and floor were super sticky. We waited almost an hour for our food. Other people came, ordered sat down and ate or left with their orders. Even when we asked about it, we didn’t really got an answer what the issue was. There was no communication, no sorry, nothing.
