I was visiting from outer town stopped here with Wife & my Mother 1st. off there was bugs flying around in the lobby and of course we were told it was closed which we understood but we ordered 12 wicked wigs meal and a strawberry biscuit that was burnt and chicken was the MOST nasty thing I’ve ever eaten and it had a weird taste and smell and color it was give old and food was not at all fresh! Save your time and money! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered and the whole order was wrong, ask 3 times for condiments and still nothing. Girl working the window was polite but listened to nothing your saying. Food was also cold.

Kitchen looks very nasty, stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to order. My foods ready but nobody brings it to the counter. They huff and puff when I ask for ketchup. Pretty much horrible place to go.

Stopped in here for a late lunch. The restaurant was clean and the tables were bussed. The lady at the counter, Letita, was very polite and helpful. Very refreshing in today’s world. Food came out quick and hot. My wife got the three tender combo with cajun fries and I got the three piece combo of dark meat with red beans and rice. They subbed in two wings for the legs which was great, so I had one thigh and two wings. We both got the spicey and it was just right. Our biscuits were fresh, warm and buttery tasting. The middle was soft and I added a little honey on mine. Overall, the meal hit the spot and the counter service was refreshing. They have a drive through and plenty of parking in the adjacent strip center parking lot. We would eat here again.

Went in for fries, biscuits and apple pies. Was pulled forward for pies. Waited in car for 5 minutes and nothing. Went inside and was told that the pies were not dropped to cook and would take 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I finally got my pies. Biscuits and fries were cold when I got home.

I love Popeye’s Chicken! Always order white meat (blame my mom!), spicy! Popeye’s breading is King of the Hill. I also love their mashed potatoes and gravy. And, Popeye’s biscuits are second only to Hardee’s. The only problem I have is that you HAVE to check your order to make sure you get what you ordered. But, every place has problems.
