Was a little disappointed I requested that instead of having my spicy sauce put directly on my sandwich I requested that it be put in a separate container so that my bread wouldn’t get soggy on the way home I was disappointed when they told me this could not do that I will not allowed to do it before I thought the customer was right the service will actually okay for once but being told no you can’t have something when you’re paying for it it’s disappointing I even told them I’ll be willing to pay for the container they still told me no

Today, December 31, 2022, at 5:40pm I observed the manager work very calm, professional and respectful while having a difficult evening with the computer/registrar not able to take cash. There was a line wrapped around the building as I was with several people waiting on the inside. She still had a smile and said Thank You to everyone she gave their food to. The prices are ridiculously high . This is fast food with caveara prices. The employees were very cocky. I’m sure with the price out of this world. They get lots of complaints. They messed up taking my order inside. Then the power was shut off due to a storm. They said it will be a few minutes more and the power was still off. They had no idea how long it would be off but tried to keep me waiting until the power came back on. I told them I could not wait until the power was returned and so I left and went to an other restaurant that had power.
