Been a minute since indulging on some Popeyes, but today that Louisiana recipe beckoned me for a visit. Ordered the two piece combo with the Cajun fries while splitting an order of the Ghost Pepper Wings. Chicken was perfectly fried but missing flavor unfortunately. The wings were mild and lacked the punch as its name suggested. Employees were polite though and the store clean. Prices are up these days so plan to spend around $12 for a two piece combo after taxes.

This Popeyes is definitely worth it. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is amazing. The staff are amazing and I was privileged to sow a word from the Lord while I was there. If you get the opportunity and can stop and eat it’s definitely worth the experience.

I travel through A Lot from Oklahoma, but never have stopped here as I decided to give it a try I was very disappointed for multiple reasons! My children and I stopped one evening recently at 8:30p.m we ordered two butterfly shrimp baskets and one 8 piece chicken nugget meal with fries. Was charged $51 before leaving the counter I quickly checked my receipt and told the lady that she also charged me for a 8 piece chicken mix meal with a large Mac and cheese that I never ordered. Total was 25 something. I told the lady that it was a mistake and she must have misheard me. She calls a manger over she tells me that my refund will be placed on my card within 3-5 days ♀️ We then get our food and the order is completely wrong. Seconds later an employee comes the the sitting area and says “y’all about to go? We going outside let us know when y’all ready so we can lock the door”…I thought to myself (as I run a restaurant) I would never want these kind employees running my business ♀️..I wait 3-5 days for my refund and NOTHING! So I call the store and the manager tells me that they was supposed to hand me cash that no refund goes back on a card. And that everyone there knows that ♀️ needless to say I received poor service, horrible quality, and out money. I nor my family will ever be returning. Seems as this is a scam they running..over charging tourist. Saying refund will be deposited back to card then pocket the cash ♀️ WATCH CLOSELY TO YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAYMENT WITH A CARD!!!

Food is good when they actually have what you want. Almost often short staffed and short of food options. Staff can be hit or miss some days they are nice with good customer service skills, other days the management is very rude. I mean who comes on the speaker in the drive thru and says “sorry the drive through is down .” How is it down if you’re talking to us?

The soda fountain doesn’t work. They seem understaffed, because getting your order taken is slow, then actually receiving your order is way slower. The employees are clearly miserable, but blame it on the customer. I generally felt like my presence at the ordering counter was a burden.

This place offers great customer service. I was greeted by the young ladies working the front counter and the drive-thru as soon as I entered. The managers were in the meeting and still took the time to greet me. Everyone in here was nice and courteous. Even the cook showed his hospitality by making my order fresh.

A 3 inch long peice of chicken is not a strip, especially not a strip worth $2. If that’s not bad enough, this popeyes does not apply seasoning to their chicken. I wasted $20 on garbage that will now be fed to stray dogs at walmart.

This location is chaotic. They were out of everything or just telling us that so they wouldn’t have to make it. Customer service sucked. Our cashier was lifeless and everything I tried to order, she quickly snipped we don’t have that. When we finally got our food it was tossed in a bag as they were even out of boxes! This location definitely leaves something to be desired.

Couldn’t get our order in drive thru (after we had already been sitting ten minutes ) because they were changing shifts. Never in my life have I heard that excuse from a restaurant. Went inside the store to a long line and for the same ten minutes no one took orders. The customers started walking out. The manager with the long wet and wavy wig was very rude to a guest after he had explained he had been waiting 10 minutes already for two fish sandwiches. We are paying customers you don’t have to scream and argue with us. It’s been a total of 31 minutes and I’m still here waiting jus for someone to take my order. At this point I just left. Never was even acknowledged
