The food was good, and the service was slow. I understand they only had a few people working, but I sat behind one truck for 5 minutes before they even took his payment. I tried to order 4 chicken legs for my daughter, and they said it would be a 15-minute wait. Had ik, I was gonna be in line for 15 minutes. She would have gotten the 4 legs like she wanted. Keep in mind that I had just left urgent care with a double ear infection and sinus infection, so I wasn’t in the mood. I’m not saying it’s anyone person’s fault, but move people up so the rest of us can get our stuff and go. McDonald’s does it all the time.

Hands down the slowest and worst Popeyes in the United States. The staff are always rude and incredibly slow. Not the acceptable kind of slow you’d expect on a busy day, but the kind of slow that makes you wonder if the entire place is staffed by armless employees with one leg. Seriously, it’s that bad.

Walked in to order too go seen tons of chicken already cooked however took atleast 25 mins on our food and we was the only ones there. One box of chicken looked like it was re dropped. One of the fries just came out the grease as the other was cold. Disappointing when you spend so much money

service wasn’t soo great. My whole order was messed up. I asked for a 3 piece spicy tender and a large red beans. I got a regular tender and a small red beans with barley nothing in it. Not to forget the red beans smell spoiled. I didn’t even bother to eat it. I would’ve bought everything back if I wasn’t a work.
