It was the worst experience I’ve had at any chicken place. Horrible spicy chicken. The biscuits were very old. I went through the drive-through and had to go back 2 times. The second time, I went inside and spoke to the manager. Her name was Henderson. She didn’t seem to care very much that I had to go back 2 times. She did not make it right. I don’t expect to get something for nothing. I expect to get quality food for my hard earned dollar. When you don’t or can’t do that, I expect to be compensated in some way. Maybe a coupon or an extra biscuit or even a chicken leg would go a long way toward earning your quality product. It’s business 101. I will never be back to that store. KFC is a couple blocks away as the same for several other chicken places.

Door was locked before 8pm on a Saturday evening. Food was ordered ahead, but wasn’t ready when I arrived to the drive thru. Staff were really slow and seemed unmotivated.

I placed an online order at your facility in Bryant Arkansas, when I got there I proceeded to go through the drive thru I stopped to tell them who I was an that I had a order to pick up. There were total silence so I proceeded to drive around to the window. When I pulled up the lady in the burgundy shirt said you suppose to tell us what you wanted back at the menu box an I told her I did. She slams the window an walked off an her associates laughing at her actions. Before I started writing this review I saw the store score, it makes perfect since why the store score is the way it is, if she treated me in that type of manner how many more customers she treated like that.

Absolutely trash. Didn’t recieve a biscuit I paid for, manager accused me of lying and handed back my receipt, I had to literally circle it for this 6th grade dropout who somehow managed to climb to a management position, he threw my biscuit at me, then when I got home and my chicken tenders were pink in the middle. Guess this is the quality you can expect from gonks.
