Great friendly customer service by Trina and I appreciate Porschiera ( maybe misspelled) for offering a complimentary frozen mango lemonade on next visit, due to the drink not being completely frozen. I mentioned to delete the drink but changed my mind after I realized Trina had finished the charge transaction. I told the ladies that I really like the mango lemonade and take it serious when I order. (Normally 3-4 times weekly) To my surprise Porschiera apologized and offered complimentary drink. Thank you ladies for your kindness and quality service! The food was excellent as well!!

crew members are very rude, not sure who the old skinny lady with glasses is but she had an very bad attitude & needs to learn how to respect others. I called corporate. it took 30 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in the store at the time. crew members are not very social either. Nor did they greet me when I came into the store. There should be a whole new crew in my opinion.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews and even look over other bad reviews because some people just have one bad experience and then leave a bad review. But this Popeyes is a special case. Every time I have gone there, the drive-through employees don’t say anything to me at all. The other day, the guy at the window just handed me my food, and I wasn’t sure if that was all, so I asked him, and he just nodded. So I was like, “Alright, thank you; have a good night,” and he just closed the window without saying anything, and he clearly heard me. We don’t have to have a conversation, but you don’t have to ignore me either. I get bad days, but when you are getting paid to do a job, there are expectations you are required to meet. But like I said, I give the benefit of the doubt, especially for one bad experience or two. But this has happened every time I come here. I don’t know if it’s bad management, but the customer service is the worst out of any Popeyes I’ve been to. Which stinks because this is the only one near Vilonia. I loved going to the one in Searcy when I lived there. But the food is usually good when I go; just don’t expect great or friendly customer service.

Had to wait over 10 mins for a chicken sandwich and I was the only person in line during the whole wait.. when I finally walked inside not one person could give me eye contact or speak to me.. they were NOT busy.. the manager or crew leader saw what was going on and noticed I had been waiting.. while some kid walks past me with my food.. I hope he went back their to teach them what customer service is.. my food was also cold. Will never go again

This is the worst Resterant I’ve ever been in. It takes 45 minutes to get your food even if you’re the only customer. The employees are rude not helpful at all. Very disrespectful and extremely lazy. They have no social skills or work ethic. Out of the five stars you can choose from none of them apply to this restaurant maybe if they had five stars for the worst restaurant I would pick number five.

very rude employees clearly had an attitude while taking our order then when we received our drink that we had asked for no ice in I politely informed the young man working that it was supposed to have no ice he turned around to his coworker and proceeded to talk badly about us with the drive thru window open as he “remade” the drink. He then handed us the drink back with half the ice still in it thatwas in fact not even the drink we ordered. (the issue was resolved with the drink after going into the store but his attitude was not addressed)

I wish I could give it higher, because their signature chicken sandwich is phenomenal. But it took half an hour to get my food, and when they gave me my drink, it was spilling down the sides. If you want drive-thru chicken with good service, go down the road to Canes.

Was out three of the four items I ordered I subbed the three items and those were cold. Worse popeyes I’ve ever been to and won’t be going back. P.s. I did the customer service questionnaire and shared my experience with the manager, haven’t heard a word from them.
