Seems like every Popeyes I go to the service is at times to the point if being somewhat rude. They are all very slow most of the time. They won’t get in a hurry and they don’t care. Last time I was in one of these places with the name were discussing, the order was given to me but wasn’t complete. It need an apple pie to be complete, now their apple pies are very good, I asked about the apple pie for the order. The human working in front of me said “oh, i don’t have any pies ready I’ll have to drop some”. I waited a total of 30 minutes for that order. I will not be returning to their establishment anywhere at least for a long time, if ever.

My first trip to Popeyes. I like the theme of the restaurant and decor. I ordered 2 chicken breasts, I got one mild and one spicy . I like the mild best. The biscuits are great. The fries are good. The dining room was full but clean. I was greeted by several workers with a pleasant hello and welcome. The manager took my order in a methodical and professional manner. I told him it was my first visit and he told me the combo I wanted from the items I requested. Overall a very nice visit. Try it for yourself, I think you will like it too.

A single star because there is nothing less. Worst chicken I have ever had from Popeye’s, worst service and the biscuits were cold an tasted like the ingredients had been sour. Employees have taken over the biggest table in the restaurant… Purses, personal items and several sitting around. There is constant yelling from behind the cou tee. The restaurant had 3 tables with customers and they still can’t keep up with the orders. I had to wait for almost ten minutes – I was third in line and one person only wanted a box for her leftovers. Chicken was cold. Won’t be back to this location again.

May 24, 2023 @3:33pm I paid $25 for 2) 2pc snacks one spicy, one mild. I went to fix my drink & was served dark meat b/c that’s all we have. I waited until they finished cooking the white meat & requested they switch my pieces. One because I paid for it & if I’d asked for a variation I’d have been charged. Two the young man waiting the front came to my table to blame my dinner partner for the mixup.. I’m rolling, “was he serious?”

Food was good. Service very poor. Went through drive through originally. They had me pull forward and wait. Waited for 25 minutes and had to go inside to see about my order which still had not arrived. It wasn’t busy seemed no one was motivated and working in slow motion. Food was finally ready after 33 minute total wait. Gave it 2 stars only because the food was good except for some that had gotten cold. I would recommend as this is the only Popeyes in Searcy to find another place to eat. This in all this time doing this on Google made such a low rating and been so dissatisfied
