This is the best Popeyes I have been to. They all have great food but service is very much lacking at most locations. Here we are always served in a timely manner. Always get our food quick. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the guy told me it was $3.95. Then I look at my phone and I was charged $5.96. The sandwich on the menu was listed $4.99. My issue is that he tried to overcharge me for my sandwich and refused to give me a receipt. His excuse was that the receipt printer was broken (he used this excuse 6 months ago and I believed it). Instead of giving me a receipt back, he demanded me to return his food. This was on 05/16/2023 at approximately 11:32 AM in the drive though.

They are always super friendly and super fast like under 5 minutes for the whole process fast! They never get an order wrong and the food is always fresh! The parking lot entrance is in a difficult spot, but its great otherwise! Even decent prices!

Person taking the order was extremely rude and was very hard to understand with his thick accent. When I received my food it was given to me without a receipt. I paid with my debit card and asked for my receipt when he handed my card back. He said that the printer was broken. I then asked if he could print it off from another register or if he could hand write it. His response to me was that I could give him the food back and he would refund my money. This business needs to retrain their employees or hire new ones. I will be keeping a close eye on my bank account because of this!

The service was pretty good this visit. We got our food fast and the guys behind the counter were busy yet kept up with the visitors in the lobby. The place was clean and our orders were correct. They seem to have been short handed but the guy behind the counter was back and forth taking up the slack.

I waited about 30 minutes for fresh chicken. When I Got home with my order I realized that the Breasts were 1/2 the size of normal Popeyes. Maybe it was because of the sale. But I would rather pay the regular price and have a decent size breast, than have to deal with Mini-Me breasts. I also noticed that she put some of the old chicken in my box. I took the time and effort to go In and wait a long time for fresh chicken but didn’t get it.

I called here with the tuesday 1.79 two piece chicken special in mind but once there decided to order two of their new spicy chicken sandwiches as well. The chicken breast of the sandwich was A-1 juicy, the texture, quality and flavor of the batter of it was A-1 as well. Nice bun and very fresh. Apparently they were out of pickle or forgot the pickle on the sandwiches and they only had a tad of sauce under the top but that could barely be tasted and was barely visible. I give the sandwich 3.5 stars something of it was lacking for me. I definitely enjoyed Wendy’s Chicken Asiago sandwiches a star more. The two piece chicken was 2 thighs instead of a thigh and leg and this was not run by me. One thigh wasn’t the best fresh. The drive thru associate didn’t have the best communication whatsoever. Waited a little over 10 mins, so not that bad, 10 mins is the max that I feel is not too bad a wait. They typically have a fun coupon offer on the back of the receipt that can be used once every 30 days for two free pieces of chicken and a biscuit with the purchase of a large drink and completion of an online survey. Their biscuits are really the best of all the chicken spots. 3 stars this call.

Do not come here. This place is scammy. The Hispanic man with the gold teeth has literally charged me way more than I owe EVERYTIME I come here and never gives a receipt. I have been charged over $5 more than what I owe most times but didn’t wanna think too much into it until I started reading some of these reviews. This place is stealing and needs to be investigated.

Used to be a nice place but tonight the whole crew could barely speak English and they just kept pointing at the menu behind them even though the answers to our questions weren’t on that menu. Won’t be back for quite some time and if it happens again, I’ll never come back to this location.

Pretty reliable, possibly the best service I have ever had at a Popeyes. We often joke in our family that Popeyes is great food (hello blackened tenders!) With terrible service. This location actually provided good service. As a bonus, it was also clean!
