Very disappointing visit. I ordered the shrimp tackle box, chicken bites, with wild honey mustard and cocktail sauce. When my order was ready, there were no sauces on the tray, so I asked for the wild honey mustard and cocktail sauce. “Sorry, no cocktail sauce”. That would have great to know when I ordered shrimp. As you can see in the picture, the biscuit looks like it’s been under the warmer for a long time. Totally dehydrated. The chicken bites were overdone also. There was a long line behind me or I would have asked for a refund.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Popeyes, which left me thoroughly disappointed. I had eagerly ordered the Sunday Special and a sandwich combo, only to discover that my order was incomplete upon receiving it. To my dismay, the restaurant forgot to include the fries and biscuit that were supposed to be part of my meal.

Nothing worked the day went. The intercom barely worked and customers couldn’t hear, and when you decided to pull to the window. They were only taking cash, the CC machine wasn’t working. Needless to say, I didn’t get anything, and wasted my lunch going there. My review is not on the food, but the failed equipment. Employee was kind and I’m sure had to put up with a lot of nonsense that day.

Love the chicken sandwich! Sorry, but it is better than Chick-Fil-A. We have always gotten quick kind service here and the food is awesome. My husband likes the spicy sandwich which is not overly spicy and I like the classic. The chicken strips are also good as well. We have never had a problem here and no matter how long the line, they are quick and friendly and always get the order right! Would highly recommend!

This place, on a military installation is much better than any other Popeyes combined. It was my wife’s favorite until she passed away. The service is very good with friendly people, unlike those I’ve been to outside a military base. Sure, they may run out of this or that, but that’s anywhere. They’ll let me finish my order and give me time to think before saying the total. Personally, I don’t like fried food, but this is an exception.
