Everything was good your normal Popeyes but one thing that irritates me is a simple request not being heard. No pickle means no pickle ruined the whole sandwich. Oh and the strawberry biscuit was really good except when you got to the bottom where it was like pudding

Feb 2nd, 2023… Made it there between 9:15 pm & 9:30 pm ordered the $9.99 “TWO CAN DINE” placed order through the drive thru & was asked, “what I’d like my two sides to be?” I said, “mashpotatoes” because someone in my household is sick & that’s the only thing they can get down as of now. Was told, “they’re out of those & what else would you like?” I said, “What do you have so I won’t order anything that you dont have?” The only sides that were available were red beans & rice and fries, which I can’t even eat rice because of my diverticulitis. She stated they didn’t have anything since they were closing. Needless to say, I expected more from this location & one of my biscuits was missing & no receipt was provided.

When I say extremely disappointed, I mean extremely disappointed. I haven’t visited Popeyes in a while, but things have changed. I attempted to scan my app code to earn points, but was unable to do so because they do not have a scanner. I mentioned that I order in person so I can get a choice as to what meats I get. So I get told I can choose my meats and then cannot choose to have 2 legs and a breast or a breast, thigh and leg, so what a waste. I do not eat wings but am forced to have one and then can’t even earn points on it. I am upset about the points, but I am even more upset about not being able to sub a wing for a leg or thigh, which up until now I have always been able to do. I hadn’t even touched the chicken but they refused to do because I just noticed upon picking up my tray. Guess KFC or Church’s Chicken for me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Violee is the BESTEST!!!!! Cynthia and Jaelynn are so awesome too!!!! I literally go every Friday and they make sure my order is right and on my birthday, they gave ma pie!!!! It’s the little things like I didn’t notice til I got home and it was a happy birthday written on it made my day!!!!! The food is SOOOOO GOOD fresh, tasty, worth my mortgage payment

Was delighted to find out that they offer a legitimate first responder discount. Most emergency personnel make very minimal pay, so it’s nice for companies to show their support in more than 10% like most others!! We’ll be back… with and without our first responder!!

(Refused service) lobby was close and we couldn’t get our lift in drive through so naturally I walked up to ask if I could order. no response after a few cars we’re behind us I went to the window where I was immediately refused service even as/after explaining about the lift

Don’t go to the drive through probably the slowest drive through I’ve ever seen takes 5-10 minutes per 1 car, I wasn’t even getting food for myself I was doordashing and I waited at Popeyes for 30+ minutes after delivery time until the food was done . And I don’t know if was the employees fault but there’s only 1-2 people working inside there working hard but come on I’m doing a doordash
