I love Popeyes but the location in Allen needs help with training of employees and better management. Ever since it opened in Allen and the various times I’ve visited there’s something wrong with my visit. I keep trying in hopes that things will improve. I wouldn’t recommend the Mac and cheese. I had more cheese than noodles. Our nuggets shared as a family was ok, once our correct order arrived to our table.

Terrible old cold chicken. The Mac and cheese is a joke! Just cheese, oil, and no noodles seems like?! Service is awful! The drive-thru is even worse. They never get the order right? I don’t recommend this one on Bethany! Just yuck!!

Tried ordering online twice just for it to get canceled. Tried calling the store and nobody picked up. It rang for 10 mins straight. Is this place even real? It seems to be ran by the laziest workers Allen can find. I’ll take my money to KFC when I want chicken. At least they understand customer service, and will take my money when I’m trying to get food.

This was pretty pathetic. I had this delivered, but the guy got it to me within 15 minutes and the fries were completely room temperature. They tasted like they were already left out for an hour before thrown into a tiny bag and shipped off. The chicken sandwich had maybe a quarter slice of bacon on it broken then in half to try and pass off like this was indeed a bacon chicken sandwich. And there was the smallest, insignificant single slice of pickle in the middle of the bottom bun and if the picture is anything to go off of, there was no mayo on the bottom bun unlike the picture on the menu. This was just bad from top to bottom.

I visited the new Popeyes location on Bethany Road in Allen. I absolutely love Popeyes but I can tell this location is going to require some patience. I get that they just opened but I’ve gone twice and it has not been a good experience. The first time I went I had food missing. I went to the location again today and it was worse than the first time. The dirty rice was dry like it was left over rice from yesterday and they gave literally half a cupof rice. I attached pictures to see this. On top of that we ordered three chicken sandwich combos and none of the drinks had ice. We were giving room temperature sweet tea and Hawaiian Punch. I did not request for my drinks to not have ice. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until after we were already gone otherwise I would have gone back. I really hope this location gets it together because they’re going to have problems if they’re already screwing up orders. Again I absolutely love Popeye’s food but I don’t think that they train their staff before they opened. I wil not be going back! It’s unfortunate because I live nearby. I will go to the one on 121 near Stacy Road from now on.

Orderd a Big box, gave the order to me got home and opened the box and had 1 piece of chicken and no nuggets. Called up and spoke to the manager he gave me his name and saidnto ask for him when i came back in. I told him it would be a couple hours because i was already home. Went back in 2 hours later asked for the name of the manager and told him I was the person that called had to tell him what they shorted me and after doing so when i finally got my order it still didnt have the chicken so i did get the chicken. Got no apology for the order screw up or anything for having to come all the way back to get the rest of my order. Apparently there is no customer appreciation for your time or effort to come back and get your original order filled. I can see why the google rating is 2.1 stars….

Pretty much the most incompetent fast staff I have ever seen, and that’s saying something for fast food. The manager will walk right by you standing at the register, waiting to be helped and look at you, and leave you standing there without helping you. And that’s when there not even busy, without a single other customer in the restaraunt. I get good help is hard to find these days, but these employees (especially the manager) are as incompetent as it gets.

I tried the new location on Bethany in Allen as it’s not too far from my house. I ordered and paid via mobil app 15 minutes before arriving at their window (to not have a wait). They only started to pull our order together when we pulled up, while there was no car before or behind us, and 3 workers standing around talking in their kitchen. We also found out that they shorted us, paid for 10 pieces and only got 8. We won’t be back any time soon.

Need to mark this as drive thru only. Go up to the doors, no signs saying dining room closed just a girl behind the counter smiling and wagging her finger at me. 10 cars deep and 8-10 min per car? No thanks. I will go elsewhere.
