Husband spent 45 minutes in the drive through just trying to get some mashed potatoes and gravy, staff was incredibly rude. From what I heard this is normal at this location. Will not be coming back. No wonder you can’t find Popeyes anywhere if this is ant example of how they’re running their locations. So disappointing.

The Popeye’s in Rowlett is the worst! They close the lobby at odd times and you have to go through the drive thru which takes forever! The food is old and they AWAYS get the order wrong, randomly leaving out different parts of your order. Today they left out the biscuits and only gave me 5 tenders when I paid for 6. The packet of sauce they gave me was filthy dirty. It’s obvious the employees don’t care.

Visited here few years ago when they released new chicken sandwich. Horrible staff there at the time, I was lucky to get out of there without getting jumped by the workers. Went back 4 days ago for first time in 2 years or so, much better employees. Will have to visit few more times to give better rating.

The lobby was closed too early before 8:30 pm and employees were very unattentive and did even acknowledge us. Terrible customer service. They did not give us utensils or napkins and we were missing half our order…missing fries and our sauces too. I will not go to this location ever again. Employees acted like they hate thier jobs and customers too.

This place need to be closed down immediately. They never fail to get my order wrong, I give up. I just wanna say the chicken is so dry and old it’s literally disgusting. The fries are so stale and lackluster. The ghost pepper wings are so over cooked they just pack crust and little to no meat. The mac and cheese is so sour and disgusting it should be illegal. The biscuits they serve been sitting all day, and are drier than the Arizona desert’s. The drink machine has debris just floating around inside (Ik because I have gotten 3 drinks from this location at separate times and it never fails). I know most Popeyes locations in the area are franchise so they could care less. I complained to corporate time and time again but to no avail. The workers look so unhygienic and the location itself looks unsanitary. Save yourself a stomachache and possible food poisoning and go somewhere else. I should’ve learned the first time. I won’t go on but I hope you get the point, I warned you.

Remind as to why this Popeyes exist. Better yet explain to me why this location is so big but at 12pm in the afternoon customers are restricted to the lobby and only have access to the drive thru? Spent my entire lunch break burning gas and A/C trying to pick up my mobile order. I don’t have time to go through hoops for a refund because I placed it through the mobile app. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.

I found the chicken very blase in that the spicey Cajun was neither spicey nor Cajun in any manner. It was dry and very greasy and the fries were limpy, greasy and flavorless. The biscuits were dry and salty. Therefore, I was not impressed but my grandkids on other hand, were pleased.

Went to Rowlett for an event. Went through the drive through to get something quick.I got popcorn shrimp (so I thought). It was all batter Crumbles and maybe 4-5 shrimp. Mac N cheese was very gross. It looked curdled and the top cheese was on the bottom. I thought it was the container. It was an odd color and hard.
