Everytime I have ordered from the app at this location something has always been wrong. The 1st time I had to wait almost an hour until they changed something out in the kitchen. This last time the cashier said my order never came in even after I showed her. So after a manager came out he showed her how to look for it somewhere else and it was right there. Will never try to eat at this location during my hour lunch break ever again. Food was tasted good but the service and the wait was horrible.

Ordered via the app for inside pickup. 20 minutes later, still wasn’t ready. About 6 six people inside waiting to take orders or on food. When the food was served, they didn’t even get it right… They gave me the wrong type of sandwiches sandwiches.

This location is good and the staff is cool. I always get the spicy tenders from here, there’s nothing wrong with the taste but like their tenders do not look like tenders, they don’t have they “full” look to them, it seems like theres more breading on it than there is chicken. I don’t know if what I’m saying makes sense, but I just feel like their chicken tenders could look a little better and be more full of chicken.

After being told to wait about 5 minutes before I could place my order, it took about 4 times repeating my order before it was placed. I was patient throughout the whole thing. 10 minutes in all by the time I got to the window. Mentioned a coupon I forgot and the manager comes to the window to tell me I could’ve said it at the speaker and decided to stare at me. If I had patience to repeat my order 4 times before you got it right, you could’ve had patience to do a coupon. Then having to wait on my food to be cooked. Make it make sense. This location dining room is always closed and always have a line wrapped around the building. Tonight I pull up and there’s a long line I get to the speaker the young man tells me too pull around he’s not at the window five minutes later he said he have a deal on chicken a 10 pc for $5.99 sir I don’t want 10 pcs of chicken I want a ghost pepper wing combo he said we’re not frying anymore chicken all this whole taking off his airpods he stated that it was only two of them working…. ok you close at 10 not 9:30. I’m calling corporate because this location has sucked from the time I’ve moved over here it’s been three years of sucking!! Pay more money get some grown folks to run these franchises I get better service at Williams chicken! I came to the Cedar Hill location they didn’t have fries. This is coming from someone that has worked in the fast food industry before this type of stuff is bad for businesses. Please do better!!

I went to popeyes on 6-24-2023 @1023pm ask for 2 pc leg and thigh, biscuit, mash potatoes with gravy combo with a sprite with no ice. When I got home I had something that look like small nuggets in both boxes at 1057pm. I called several times no answer and I was mad.
