Today is Thursday 6/2 i am a regular customer and i have always been satisfied with my orders except today. Burger’s were not there usual size didn’t really mind until one of my kiddos and I took two bites into them meat was hard/stiff when went to the front counter manager and assistant manager were really mean and rude told me they could only give me one burger because I took back two half’s and that there items cost and I told her it cost mee to I just paid almost $50 for my order and she stated if I liked if not to leave the store. Never seen such unprofessional assistant and worse the actual manager very disappointed I hope they can get some training in customer service and learn that there is more professional ways to talk to customers I love Popeyes but today was not good sad to say

Placed our order online and arrived 12 minutes later. We drove up to the window and were lectured that we were supposed to stop at the microphone. Wow, she forgot we were customers Very Rude and 12 minutes should have been enough time. I asked if she was going to talk to us nicely or should we cancel. She slammed the window in our face and said “I’ll just cancel it.” We used to like this place amd willing to drive past the competitors. I guess we’re going back to KFC or Church’s. Very poor service and uncalled for.

Showed up around 8:30 and they were closing early. They suppose to close at 10. Very inconsistent with their orders accuracy. U can tell when they’ve had a bad day cuz they tend to wear it on their sleeves even while at work when it comes to attitude.

Very small chicken wings, and chicken breast! I ordered the 3 piece mild chicken, and the chicken breast was the size of a wing. It looked like I had 3 wings. They also forgot my Mac and cheese, and dipping sauces weren’t correct.

After several bad experiences, I have finally had it. This location has to be the worst in Dallas. I placed an online order. When I arrived at the location, they told me the system was down. Somehow another person was able to place an online order and successfully pick it up. Whatever. I then go to drive through and this is approximately 2 hours prior to closing and they say they are out of nuggets for the night. This particular location is always out of everything. The customer service is sub par to say the least and the employees always have an attitude. Managment is not much better either.
