As you can see I ordered one leg and one thigh spicy and one leg one thigh classic! They messed the whole order up and on top of that it was cold! This place is just sad! Wish I could give a half of a star or a negative two stars! This is not the first time it has happen!!!

Not sure how this place is staying in business. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars that had already ordered in front of us. The truck directly in front of us gave up and left. The first car’s driver went inside and then left with no food. The passenger of the second car eventually went inside and still had no food. The kid at the window obviously hates his job. He’s cut us off when placing our order. He offered to clock out in the middle of the chaos. He asked us what we ordered 4 times and would walk away mid sentence. 4 times got it wrong. They are obviously waiting until you get to the window to push your order through. Or receipt says 2 large cokes on it when we absolutely ordered Dr. Pepper and even with it showing cokes the kid tried to give us a coke and a tea. This tells me they are waiting to enter an order in the system until you get to the window to shave down the time people are waiting for reporting. I can confirm that theory with my receipt showing we ordered at 3:58 when by 4 we’d already placed an order 15 minutes before.

Good food, good service and food was cooked to order just like we wanted. My family definitely enjoyed their meals and the service exceeded our expectations!! Atmosphere was definitely pleasant and up to par. Definitely recommend this Popeyes a stop from a long drive.

Poor management. Our order was delayed for 25 mins. When we finally got our order. They gave us a mixed order when we asked for dark meat. This included small chicken wings. And manager arguing that it was considered dark. No Biscuits had to go back to counter twice. Mash potatoes and red beans and rice scolding hot. I also was concerned that cook was hanging out in lobby with girlfriend and buddy on his phone

Mount pleasant tx. Order $60.00 worth of food. Paid and had to park for over 20 minutes. Finally had to go in to find out what was taking so long. They were getting my stuff together. Driving home sides were Tipping over in bag. Was half way home never received the two sandwiches that I ordered! Called them said could not do refund would have to come back for product. Would go back but 35 miles from my house!

Worst place to spend your money. I’ve been to Popeyes twice today. That’s a 35 minute drive from my home. I ordered an eight piece meal with one side my one side, I wanted dirty rice they did not tell me that they discontinued, dirty rice also four biscuits came with the meal. I also ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a large drink and a large fry when I received was a piece chicken, two large fries red beans and rice no biscuits and a spicy chicken sandwich, the red beans and rice we’re so salty. You couldn’t even eat it. Also, I did not order two large fries. Also, my chicken sandwich was so salty. You couldn’t eat it. I called Manager to fix the situation. She tells me to bring back the food. I go back my fiancé, told her to change the red beans and rice to mashed potatoes and we just won our biscuits and the chicken sandwich made over again again we got no match potatoes. We didn’t get the biscuits and I’m scared to eat this chicken sandwich because it’s probably just a salty is the last one mole of the story I wasted $42 and hours of my time dealing with this Popeyes, if you have any time available, go to KFC Taco Bell any other place this Popeyes is the worst place and this is coming from an ex employee they used to work for Popeyes are used to love eating there because the food was right with this one horrible if I could give you zero stars, I would

It was horrible had to wait 10 minutes in the to go Line. Placed order 3 times before they got it. Then when receiving they order it was not right. The lady at the window was rude did not want to bother to correct it. She could have cared less that we were even there. The food was awful overcooked. Received maybe sixteen left over little fries.,,, horrible. Chicken with so dry that you couldn’t eat it. The fish sandwich toasted old. Do not get off the freeway to stop at Popeye’s. Bad food, bad customer service, bad management. GO TO ANOTHER RESTAURANTS IN THAT AREA.

Multiple customers complaining of long wait times, one over an hour and a half after ordering. When manager who was sitting in the lobby on her phone was confronted, she stated that she was off the clock and became argumentative. Manager eventually started stating the gentleman was drunk. Manager called the police stating that a drunk customer was refusing to leave. When we did receive our food it was very overcooked with a long wait.
