Went through the drive thru- line was moving extremely fast. The lady at the window was very pleasant! The food was great as well! Tender, crispy nuggets and the strawberry biscuit was amazing as well. 10/10!

I ordered pick-up thru the mobile app and waited FORTY MINUTES to get my order?! And whoever was working drive-thru came over as if she was helping, asked for the name of the order, took my ticket and went back to taking drive thru orders. When I asked another employee if they were working on my mobile order and she told me she was going to make EVERYONE ELSE’S ORDER THAT WAS IN LINE before she made my order. After making everyone else’s order, she then tells me that she cannot find my ticket. What is the point in ordering ahead I have to wait for everyone to get their order and I have to sit and wait 40 minutes! Never got an apology, nothing. Terrible service. There needs to be a different method to the mobile ordering because waiting 40 minutes for an order that should’ve been ready is ridiculous.

I just left the drive thru and drove home. Started eating and found a string of hair in my food. No number on the receipt..how convenient. So I looked the number up on Google and tried to call 3 times to get a refund because I will not finish eating this now that I seen hair..that is gross. No one ever answered of course. Every restaurant establishment should be made to wear hair nets.. I guess I will hv to tk my receipt up there tomorrow. So not happy because I was hungry.

The food is usually good. And the service is usually good. Today a little Hispanic man, look like some sort of manager, acting like he can’t understand a simple order, got mine wrong and I had to correct him 2xs then upon checking my order before I left the drive up, part of my order was missing. He demanded I hand him back my food to look himself. Then he felt stupid(it was all over his face) when he handed it back, but that did not stop him from being condescending and completely without remorse, for messing up the order, and then not believing me and rambling through my food! I’m never going back! Eff Popeyes! I’ll wait another month for Bojangles to open!!

Came in yesterday to try the ghost pepper wings ppl were raving about. I must say I was very impressed not too sure what I expected before going but glad I stopped in to try it shortly after they opened. Everything was fresh and had great flavor the wings to me were very good, not spicy at all I will be returning and will tell everyone I know to try them.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today . I was in the middle of transferring funds to the card I use for miscellaneous transactions. My card was run before my account updated so of course it declined . The lovely person working the drive thru was understanding and by the time the manager came to the window the transfer was complete. He then loudly and rudely proceeded to tell me my card declined and I calmly told him yea because I was still transferring funds to that account . He then said well we’re going to need to run it again because you Didn’t pay …. Obviously if I had no intention of paying I would have driven off. He then tells the girl at the window in Spanish that my card declined and I need to pay and he’s being very aggressive with her about it…. Afro Latinas speak Spanish and based on his level of ignorance I could tell he didn’t know I very much so understood him. So I simply paid and left to let other customers through. Not only am I a witch and could have handled that in a way that would have permanently ruined his day but I’m also not fond of rude employees. Don’t ever speak to a customer like that or assume they don’t understand you because of their skin color . I happen to speak both Portuguese and Spanish so retornar ao remetente, e assim é to that tacky manager and his gross energy

The manager is rude!!! Didn’t want to talk to me because I am a black woman!!! I was trying to talk to him he totally ignored me and spoke with only my white husband!!! He refused to fix my order and laughed as we drove away … will Never eat at this establishment ever again. If you are a person of color I advise you not to eat here either…. So saddened by this unnecessary disrespectful behavior
