Food was good, service was fine (in the moment) but the issue was when I got home and noticed the receipt. Combos were itemized out to be a la carte, sides and drinks were charged separately even though the combo was ordered. Ultimately, came out to be $5-7 bucks more than it should’ve been. I sat in a line for more than 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of me to get overcharged in a somewhat malicious fashion. I’d like to believe it’s an innocent mistake but when do they ever ring things up like that?

Since 1 star is the lowest rating I can choose, we’ll start there. I order a simple order of Ghost Pepper wings through the app and paid for it. When I arrived at the location to pick up my food, the gentleman told me to pull up to the window. When I arrived at the window, they came to confirm my order and had me waiting at the window for 25 minutes. Then came back to the window to let me know they were out of Ghost pepper wings and that they were not dropping anymore for the night. And when I asked for a refund, they brushed me off and told me to go back to the app and request a refund. Then shut the window in my face and walked away. This was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. And I’m not even upset that they didn’t have the wings. But to make me sit there for 25 minutes just to tell me that was very frustrating. I most definitely will not be eating at Popeyes again. And to the management team, make sure to train your team on how to handle customers.

At first, me and my wife sung the praises of this location. Their chicken sandwiches were so fresh and delicious. Now, not so much. My wife have stopped going, and tonight will be my last time. Ordered two sandwiches with cheese and bacon. No bacon on either sandwich. Chicken is no longer fresh. I received a small Coke with my combo meal, because I was never given a choice on what drink I wanted. Last but not least, sit in line for almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get this disappointing meal. People prefer consistency, and when you can’t maintain that, we move on to somewhere else.

Went through the drive through, ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and drinks, along with ghost pepper wings. Got home and had no fries. Called the store three times and was hung up on three times never got to speak to anyone. This services is unacceptable and I will be taking my future Popeyes business out of saginaw in the future. Sad!

This place just opened less than 2 weeks ago. I pulled up to an empty speaker sat there for over 8 mins without even being greeted. Finally a guy greeted me and I asked him a question about a coupon I had. He never replied. I sat there another 6 mins and someone was behind me blocking me in. I started to back up so they backed up also letting me out. We both switched speaker lanes and same thing, no one greeted me. This time sat for 7 mins no reply. Then a lady pulled up to the speaker I had just left and they immediately greeted her and took her order! I started saying hello? Can you hear me, you just took the order of the lane next to me and she barely pulled up but I’ve been here and no one would take my order and so I switched lanes still no one is talking my order. No reply! I was stuck in the line with multiple people behind me. So I pulled up without ordering, still stuck in the line. Got to the window tried to explain what happens the girl cut me off and said the drive thru is crazy I’ll just take your order here. Never apologized, never let me explain. I ordered and paid and she said since you’re just now ordering we have to ask you to pull to the front bc we have to keep the line going. I said why don’t you care about my order and possibly trying to accommodate rushing it since I was ignored at both speakers? She just laughed and said I can’t let you stay here. I said, I don’t want to pull up I’m afraid you’ll forget about me you’ve already really mishandled my customer experience. She said I won’t forget about you, I’ll keep your receipt so I know to bring it. So now I don’t have proof I paid, I don’t have my order and I’ve been sitting in the front parking lot 15 mins! Total time now here is 36 mins and counting!!!

New facility, new equipment, everything! Service very nice and friendly, food really fresh. The best part was the soda fountain. Actually had coke zero, always a plus but it was mixed perfectly!!! I went through the drive and got a spicy chicken sandwich. My first time to try this sandwich. It was horrible. The sandwich was cold and greasy. It had a lot of breading that had no chicken just hard fried greasy breading. I was so disappointed and it did not make me feel well the rest of the day. I heard so many goid things about Popeyes chicken sandwich abd I was so very disappointed.
