Poor service! Understaff didn’t get my full order, no sauces and one piece of chicken was fried batter. Called the store to ask to speak with a supervisor or manager. The lady who answered said “no manager one moment” and hung up on me. Tried calling 3 times after and no one is answering!

I go through drive thru to get my family dinner. I get all the way home and I’m missing a sandwich. I go all the way back and try to go in the lobby to get it. It’s 8 o’clock and the doors are locked. So i call and the lady working tonight answers and i tell her what I’m missing and the door is locked. She proceeds to tell me to go thru the drive thru. I tell her there is a line Can they just let me in or someone bring it. She says go through the drive thru and hangs up. So disrespectful. I didn’t make the mistake nor was i rude. I just wanted what i paid for and was inconvenienced not just 1 time but TWICE. Terrible customer service. $43 to get treated like trash. Won’t ever visit that establishment with that lady working there. She didn’t even have the audacity to come to the window nor apologize! I would never treat my customers like this.

I am horribly unsatisfied. I ordered tender combos and did not receive Mac and cheese. I got potatoes. And then on my other tender combo I didn’t get my red beans and rice. Thankfully I got my large order of red beans and rice. They did not give me my dipping sauces they asked me which I wanted. Then they didn’t accept cash. She threw my card at me and didn’t hand me my drinks. So I waited for her to open the window and after scoffing she handed them to me. You cannot go here without having a problem.

this location is TRAAAAAASH. there was one person working so i’ll let the rudeness slide because i’m sure she was annoyed, but we were the only ones in line and there was one couple inside already sitting down with their food. our order was wrong. ordered the spicy chicken sandiwich and was given the regular with regular mayo which i hate so couldn’t even eat it. also the chicken patty was small and not fried properly. 0/10. and the chicken tenders were gross and the biscuit was burned. AND IT WAS $20. absolute trash 0/10 all the way around.

This location has gone deeper and deeper downhill. The food is cold and soggy, the lobby usually has crumbs over everything despite the fact most people come through the drivethru. I don’t understand how the food isn’t made fresh but still takes awhile to get out despite being the only customer at the time. My last straw was this location not being able to provide me a legible receipt in the drive thru. I asked for another and it could not be provided as I was told “that’s how the printer always works.” YIKES. It is ILLEGAL under consumer protection laws to not provide a valid receipt in Texas at the time of purchase. If not for the location, this place would have been out of business years ago. Does the owner ever check up on this store or do they just not care? I would be embarrassed to be associated with this store in any way.
