I’m fairly certain the employees at this location have figured out how to scam DoorDash. Both times I’ve DoorDashed large orders from here the store claims my meal was picked up by the wrong driver and has left my dasher confused. This has never happened to me anywhere else. When I spoke to the manager to try and explain the app says my food is still waiting and the driver on-site who called me was the correct driver she was rude, dismissive, and told me door dash “messed up” call them. I wouldn’t trust this place.

Two days ago I asked for a 4pc Spicy thighs with Mac and cheese and the chicken in the building were in boxes because they’re leaving early and they’re not fresh plus my order was wrong and they gave me mild instead of spicy, then today I ordered another 4pc Spicy chicken with Mac and cheese they keep putting their food in boxes again and I don’t even know what’s going on with their hours plus they got my order wrong again and I have a 2 Spicy thighs 1 mild thighs and a spicy breast (the beast was very hard and dry) my chicken was very cold and now I can’t even get my money back at all especially from my previous order I’m never eating there again because this is why I prefer Chicken Express over Popeye’s . . . !!!!

Manager is Not Nice at all. Manager will argue with the customer over a little thing. Horrible BEWARE There is a glitch in the app. The app says your order is here. No your order may be at the other Popeyes Chicken. Nobody knows which Popeyes. And they will charge you.

THIS place is poorly managed. Inside was a mess. Totally turned off by the messy and dirty appearance of the place. Needless we left, just too grossed out to even order. Presentation is everything. Not mention they were out of everything we attempted to order. Imagine going to “food place” and a full menu is displayed, yet they are out of main dishes….. Who’s on first? Most importantly who’s in charge?

First and last visit to this location. The drive thru service is horrible. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the order speaker with only 2 cars in front of me. Then I get nobody for more than 3 minutes, no one answers back at the speaker so I pull forward. When I finally get to the window the guy looks at me with a puzzled look, I said your speaker isn’t working. I told him I place my order on line and gave him my name, they barely speaks English and asks me to repeat my name 3 times. I finally get my order and the red beans and rice are cold and have a bad taste to them. The chicken was fine but not worth coming back for. Good luck to this location, I see the reviews like this one are piling up in a short period of time.

I’ve been here a few times. 50/50 chance the food is fresh, but it’s Saturday at 11:19am and the drive thru is still not open. Lights are on and hours posted open at 10 am, but noone to be found. This is the second time this week I couldn’t find anyone on site.
