They gave me 3 wing for a 3 piece combo. I asked for dark meat and mild. They gave 3 wings spicy, when I came back the little girl that said she was the manager didn’t even apologize and the guy taking orders at the front was just laughing about me. Why you guys hire so air head people? 0 customer service and the food NASTY.

The drive through person was hard to hear, she kept cutting me off while I was trying to give her my order then I asked for Unsweet Tea and got sweet tea that had already gone sour. The next day after eating the chicken and red beans and rice I got a stomach virus. I won’t be going here again. As much as I love the franchise, this location I didn’t care for at all.

This location is pretty good! You have to be careful with Popeyes. Some locations are horrible in every category but the Wallisville location is pretty good. Their customer service is 100 times better than the Tidwell and beltway location (avoid at all cost)! And the food tastes fresh and is actually seasoned! How can you go to a Popeyes and order the Ghost Pepper Wings and they taste like they didn’t season the wings at all… just dropped them in the batter and fried them up. That’s the Wallisville location every time and taste like the cook in old grease. On top of that, if you go drive through they have you wait to place your order at least 5 minutes and when you pull to the window they take your payment, ask you to back your car up out of the window then pull back to the window… . What’s this about??? Never go to the Tidwell and beltway location!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been there because my last trip was frustrating. The food prices had seemingly increased overnight without warning. The manager was combative when questioned and seem to take pride when informed that I was going to call the corporate offices. I called their corporate offices, aired my complaint, was assured that someone would contact me again and I never received a reply from anyone. I suppose that’s why the manager was so smug, no repercussions and she apparently knew it! Anyway, I stopped going there and it’s been about a year. I still enjoy Popeye’s products but not from this location because of bad attitudes. The only way to effect change at a business is to spend your hard earned money elsewhere, hopefully where you get good food and good service!

There was a time when 1 star was too many for this location but things have taken a change for the better. The food is correct more often, there are fewer out of stock issues and the bad attitudes seem to be no more. Please keep up the good work…or I will update my review

I saw the Manager fire an employee after she finished her shift .She was very upset she kept asking why was she fired ?he never told her .Crying & pleading for her job, she kept saying you knew I was fired when I came in ,so you used me”. I felt so terrible for her I offered to take her home but she explained she was homeless & was saving money for an apt. & she loved working there . She said he fires the black employees out of the blue like that all the time ,I called corporate.
