I just left the drive-thru! I’m calling back to tell them they messed up the order after having me park and wait for it! I order the spicy chicken sandwich combo. They didn’t make it a spicy chicken and put heavy mayo instead of the spicy sauce! Then I order the popcorn shrimp with the 2 tenders spicy, and they didn’t put the freak tenders I paid for in the box! I called to tell them and of course no one answered, and the fax machine started ringing in my son’s and my ear! Ridiculously! At least you all could do is answer the phone or get an answering service! Just close down already, if you don’t care!

I ordered some of the ghost pepper wings and mashed potatoes with gravy. I have gotten them before, so I already had an idea of what I would be getting…this was not it. To avoid getting zombie looking wings, I asked if they are fresh because I didn’t want old wings that had been just sitting around. The person at the window seemed to have an attitude and answered with a yea and rolled her eyes when I asked for two sauces for my wings. I ended up with walking dead wings and a spit of mashed potatoes.

I paid $47.39 for a two piece, Cole slaw, lrg mashed potatoes, a spicy flounder sandwich, red beans and rice, a unsweetened green tea, a lrg coke and two lemon berry pies…I got the two piece, but both thighs supposed to be legs….I got one tea but it is sweet as hell. My hot pies are apple! If I had a car I would have gone back up there…so I tried to call….it’s a freaking fax machine….I don’t know what they have working in that place but you don’t need a diploma to check what you put out to people that spend their money in your establishment! This is substandard and I won’t go back!

I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich COMBO, I added bacon which was an additional $1.20 as expected, then the lady asked me if I wanted large fries and a drink, I said yes and expected to get the biscuit that comes with ANY COMBO.

Went through the drive thru. Employee kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order. I was not given a receipt. My order was very wrong. I wanted a spicy crispy bacon and cheese chicken sandwich without pickles and extra sauce. I got a blackened bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with pickles and very little sauce. Not happy at all.

We ordered the 12 pc nugget meal to share with red beans and rice and honey mustard and sweet heat sauce. We decided to eat inside the restaurant for the full experience. Our food came out piping hot! Just the way I like it 🙂 They also gave us 2 packets of each sauce…what a rarity! Everything tasted as expected. The restaurant was clean and the cashier delivered great service.

I’m only giving a two star when I first order my food this food was very hard in old I had to turn around and go back and return it and give it back to them those are the first photo the last photos or the photos of the fresh food on how it should have looked when I first ordered when something doesn’t look right and they know they wouldn’t eat it they should not sell it to a customer after returning the first order they forgot my biscuit so I had to go back for the third time and get my biscuit
