I sat in the drive through for over 35 minutes waiting for food today. Only to get to the window and they tell me it’s an 8 minute wait, AFTER I paid. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’m still waiting as I type this which would put my wait time at close to an hour. What’s interesting is there’s only like 3 people inside and the drive through line was not even long. It was only about 4 cars in the drive through when I pulled up. Never coming back.

Claudio- terrible terrible customer service on your part. I was standing in line inside and after me comes in his family or friends a d takes their order right away and ignores. Why it’s its hard to take some workers seriously. Also in the future label the chicken sandwiches correctly to distinguish spicy to regular.

Literally takes forever to receive your food in the drive through. Prepare to wait 45+ minutes if you see 4 or more cars. Absolutely ridiculous. They could never handle the volume of Chick Fil A or McDonald’s and it honestly seems like they don’t care to. Probably move slow on purpose. There’s nothing fast about this place.

Horrible wait times! The drive-through is a nightmare! This comes after multiple visits. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. But I believe most would agree. This is absurd. You’ve got better luck buying the chicken from Kroger and cooking it yourself at home.

Manager Victor was very rude and discriminating. He was very unprofessional and gave out old food. The front cashier gave out 6 orders before mines because she didn’t have the orders in order. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The food was cold and the sad part is Victor is the business manager.

Look i’m all for fast food especially popeyes but this location is ridiculous. This is the closest popeyes to my house, but I have only been here a handful of times. There is a reason for that. Wether it be through doordash, in store, or drive thru, the wait time is ridiculous long. Like you will easily be sitting there for AT LEAST 30 mins before you will get your food. I know in most cases at other fast food store it’s cause it’s busy. It’s not busy every time I’m there. There may be 3 or 4 people in the drive thru line and a couple people inside. It is literally EVERY SINGLE TIME that I get food from this location that I’m waiting for long periods of time. If I order through doordash, the order takes almost an hour to get to my house. I don’t live that far from this location at all and I’m always ordering just for me there shouldn’t be a reason why it take 30 minutes to an hour for food that’s gonna be eaten in 20 minutes to take that long. Popeyes is good and all but not worth an hour wait. Just go to the one on 1st street they are so much faster.

Received wrong order, red beans were sour. Chicken under cooked. And the manager would not honor the receipt because it was two day old. When I clearly told them when I called and spoke with the manager on duty named Tammie that I lived a distance away and couldn’t come right back. I spent $45.00, and got nothing in return. Never again will I buy from this location.
