I don’t understand how hard it is to give someone the correct order. I ordered a #4 three piece spicy (which is fried chicken not tenders) and received tenders. The lady at the counter literally repeated it back to me and still rang it up wrong. Then when I call to see if I can just come back and get a refund or the correct order. They answer the phone and hang up. What magic word do I need to use I order to get fried chicken and not tenders.

Worker was rude on the drive thru speaker. Then the order was wrong. Everytime I’ve been to this store the workers have been rude. I won’t be back there any more. I called when I got home to tell them about the order they said hold on 15 minutes later the phone hung up after I heard one worker say why’s the phone of the hook I heard someone else say hang it up they probaly hung up by now. Well you were wrong I was still on the line. Never again will I stop here. I know just one person won’t make them any difference but I can’t be the only they are rude to.

Went through drive thru and made order 3 piece white meat red beans and rice. Also a 5 piece tenders and fries. Stupidity didn’t check till I got home opened order to find box full of fries no tenders. Drove back got tenders got back home and Stupidity didn’t check whole order and got 3 wings not white. Now they don’t answer phone to avoid me driving back

My husband goes here at least once a week, he gets chicken strips and 2 biscuits. He went today and they gave him 2 honeys for his biscuits but he needed 2 more for his chicken ( he always gets Honey for his chicken) the lady told him no! He said are you kidding me. She said no! Honey is only for biscuits and didn’t give him any. Just can’t believe it! He said he would never go to that one ever again.
