Went through the drive thru tonight, took several minutes before anyone spoke over the speaker as usual. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and had a 20 minute wait to get them with nobody waiting in front of me. Took a while with my card out of my sight, which is concerning to say the least. Food was NOT hot when received, so I’m unsure why I had to wait 20 minutes. This is not the first experience exactly like this. The staff all appear to be high as I witnessed two different employees stumbling and appearing disheveled. The woman over the speaker had trouble understanding a very basic order (two #3’s, just the sandwiches, classic, extra pickles) she asked what sides/drinks, asked multiple times blackened/classic/spicy, and didn’t ring in extra pickles. Will not be back to this location as we have had enough with the pathetic service. It’s a shame because it’s the closest location, but 20 minutes in a non busy drive thru is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

Possible credit card skimmer in operation. It has been about a month since I haven eaten at this location, but four days ago, Bank of America notified me that my card had suspicious activity and had tried to be used at this Popeyes location for 3 transactions. Bank of America closed my card after I confirmed I was not the one trying to use the card. I stopped by the store on 14 April to let them know that four days ago my card number was fraudulently used at this store. The assistant manager looked dumbfounded and she tried to get the GM. General manager didn’t come talk to me but I heard her ask her in Spanish if I had left the card at the store, which I hadn’t, since I still have it in my possession. Be warned and vigilant of transactions on your credit card/debit card statements, in case you run into the same situation. I doubt I am the only one.

Where to begin… avoid this popeyes at any costs! I had not visited this popeyes in a while, and I thought this time what the heck they might have stepped up their game. Sadly I was wrong. They always mess up your orders with missing food items or they add pickles to sandwiches when specifically ordered no pickles. No straws for drinks or utensils for Mac & cheese. They also make you wait long to get items. Last time ever ordering from popeyes at this location. The one in Spencer is not any better..
