I went here last week brought a 12 piece family meal 34.00 dollars total disaster my wife and kids got sick after eating this. I took this to work for lunch I didn’t know chicken has a foul order after 1 day wow thanks alot popeyes a waste of money time and energy. Not only that contacted the corporate office in Atlanta still haven’t heard from the manager at liberty texas location. It’s like they keep the chicken off temperature battered it and still sold it for human consumption. It’s sad no one takes pride and integrity in their jobs anymore

Went in for a 10pc mild family meal I ordered from online. This was 2 and half hours before close. They informed me they were out of mild,and didn’t have any already cooking and that they could get me spicy immediately. I told them no I wanted mild to which I was informed it would be a 20 minutes wait if I want them to make some. I told them I’d wait. I also tried to order something they were heavily advertising on the menu only to be told they no longer sold them. While waiting a family walked in and waited almost 10 minutes before leaving because no one asked for their order. After another 10 minutes another lady walked in and asked for mild and was then convinced by the cashier it’d be better if she just got spicy. Again this is more than 2 hours before close. After another 15 minutes my food finally came out. Will not be going back because there’s absolutely no reason they shouldn’t have already been making a new batch of chicken.and them convincing customers of to get other things so they didn’t have to make stuff seems wrong.

I needed to take back stars and update my reviews. This place has gone downhill considerably! I am always given old stale chicken or burnt, dried stale biscuits, fries. Seems like they are always lacking some kind of supplies. I feel like they can careless about good customer service. They are in need of good management!

The chicken was cold and dry. My husband called to complain and they said if we wanted to get fresh chicken we needed to come at 10 or 4 because thats when they make it fresh… I ordered at 9:30 pm- my chicken had been sitting since 4 according to the night manager. Yuck!

I will never go to this Popeyes again!! They are rude it was About 830 pm 9 Pm on Mother’s Day Weekend!! The old black lady that was there was rude and unprofessional!! The young black male was there was very nice!! She needs to go back to training bc she doesn’t know the pieces of chicken she gives to people!! I worked for Popeyes for almost 15 years!! When I asked for Breast and thighs and my husband wanted a 3 pieces white!! She didn’t say anything I guess she thought I wasn’t going to check my order!! She gives me two Breast one small and one big!! But my husband wanted two Breast and a wing with his 3 pieces!! All she had to do is say she didn’t have a thigh!! But lied and had the nerve to catch an attitude!! All I’m saying just be Honest and u will never have a problem?? Learn ur pieces of chicken Please mama!! So the ending to this storyline is I just waited until I got home and went to my favorite Popeyes place in Harris Texas where I live!! She would learn a lot from them bc they always get our order right and hot and fresh!! I apologize it to me this long to write this!! But that night I was very hungry and had to wait almost another hour b4 I could get my favorite fried food!! Smh!

So I goes in liberty Popeyes and order 2 family meals. 20 each. The worker drops 2 chicken legs on the floor and then picks them up with the tongs throws them in the trash and the with the same tongs gets my chicken and put it in my box. Where they do that at. Then when I complained he when to the back with them and grabbed a nother pair. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked would he ate that if I did that and he answered yes. This is nasty liberty has to do better
