Placed an order for a 8 piece nuggets combo meal. After 10 minutes the lady who took my order said she was waiting on the nuggets to be cooked. I said ok no problem. After 15 minutes I inquired to see if the order was ready then after 10 more minutes she tells me the cook is not going to cook any nuggets and I had 2 choices I could have chicken tenders or a refund…..Wow what happened to the customer getting what they ask & pay for? I spent 35 minutes at this location to be told I can’t have what asked for. So I guess it’s true, good customer service is hard to find.

I been to this location twice and neither one of them was pleasant always missing something in my order and I have to go back. The lobby always closed and so disturbing they don’t even come to the door when your knocking either you wait in the long line or walk to the window, I chose the window. I don’t know why I keep coming to this location so frustrating and disappointed.

I had the displeasure of visiting Popeyes not once, but twice, and I can confidently say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. On both occasions, I ordered two chicken sandwiches through the drive-thru, and to my disbelief, there was only one person ahead of me. You would think that with such a short line, the service would be swift, but unfortunately, that was far from the truth.

I have never had an issue with the Popeyes off Broadway however the last two times have been horrible. Both times I ordered the 8 piece meal and I received half of the order of chicken mini wings, no meat and no larger than 2 to 3 inches. Also the mashed potatoes was not filled up to the top of the container. Prices have gone up but Popeyes has gone down on size of the chicken. Not worth the time and money. Check your chicken before you leave to get apporiate size of piece of chicken.

I ordered from uber eats delivery service, these ppl gave me a bag of fries when I ordered red beans and rice with mac an cheese. Idk if it was busy but I would rather you go slow then rush and put anything out. They do not check orders they just pass them out. Never again. Don’t order here btw I ordered april 3: 8:30 pm for any reference for a manger to be aware of.
