The restaurant was very clean and well laid out. I asked for spicy 3 piece chicken and red beans and rice for side. The chicken and side were hot and fresh, but it did not seem as if it was spicy. The service was OK, but there was no ice in the machine, cherry coke was out and I saw one person wait in the service like for about five minutes before she was waited on.

The restaurant was very clean and bright; however, the chicken, although hot and done didn’t taste like it was spicy. It actually tasted bland. It was done and juicy, just didn’t have any flavor. The Cherry Cola was running out and although not that many patrons were in restaurant, there was no ice. I noticed one customer waiting several minutes to be seen by staff behind the counter, despite restaurant not having many customers.

ordered food and the chicken was cold, sizes on my mashed potatoes and cole slaw was wrong (potatoes were cold too). when i called to ask for replacement manager sounded like he didnt care at all. said he would replace them but this is the second time in the last week this has happened and driving across town to get the order i was supposed to get to begin with is a huge inconvenience for me. do better.

This is the 3rd time our order has been messed up… and you can not get ahold of anyone. Food is over cooked, more like it was reheated.. yucky! Didn’t even get everything we ordered! They are rude!! We figured we would give them 1 more shot… but heck NO, not after this time!!! My guess this will be the next place to close down!! Sad cause we love this restaurant… but DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered the original crispy chicken sandwich. So when I received it there was no mayonnaise and so I took it to the counter and ask the girl if I could have some and she said we’re not allowed to give mayonnaise out and I said well if there was mayonnaise on it to start with I wouldn’t be asking she proceeded to cuss me out for the next 15 minutes yelling and screaming throughout the store this was at the Kerrville location

Deleted my old review. I had posted that Popeyes WAS hot fast delicious and service good!! Not even none of that last 3 times I went through drive through and I was asked to wait a minute when u can see no one inside then wait 15 more minutes so no. Gave it one more chance didn’t get right order was cold burnt and the clown they have taking orders is also the manager (no professional)! I had to go inside to get my corrected! Where’s the next closest Popeyes?

I usually don’t do bad reviews but tonight was a disaster. It started with a young lady trying to take my order. She was having challenges because she was new to the job. This was not a big deal everyone has a learning curve. We did not get our cups so I was told that I could pick up my own cups. Food came out and it was missing my daughter’s food and my mashed potatoes. I politely asked for the food that was missing. I was told that there was no mashed potatoes from the manager who seemed as if he could careless that a customer was asking for their food. After getting the food my daughter went to get her drink from the fountain dispenser. The fruit punch dispenser sprayed water and soda sideways and all over my daughters hand. I got drinks for my wife and I and there was no lids for the large cups. I went back to the counter to ask for lids and there was no one there. The 2 male employees were outside conversations (watching everything going on) the young girl and the manager were in the back of the kitchen nowhere to be found. One of the guys finally came inside and I asked him if there were lids for the cups. He said no lids and they haven’t had them for 3 months. My family and I had to drive home trying to not spill drinks and very unhappy with our experience at the Kerrville Popeye this evening. Please hire employees that are willing to help customers and motivate act as if they are being bothered by working and making a paycheck.
