It was my first time to eat at a Popeye’s. My daughter-in-law recommended the spicy chicken sandwich. And I tried a frozen lemonade with mango (350+ calories). Yummy! The gal at the counter was very friendly. I ate in my car by choice.

They forgot one of our sandwiches and were very nice about it, but upon getting home, opening our 1/4 pound shrimp combo, we were given less than half of what we should have. After weighing the shrimp, we were given 1/10 of a pound of shrimp and it was all burnt. Very disappointed.

Super disappointed. I ordered a 3piece spicy tender meal with fries. Added a gravy for 3$. Tenders were nuggets at best and they were about as spicy as luke warm water. Fries were hard and old. My gravy was maybe filled halfway. I’m 12$ poorer and still hungry. Oh and did I mention the biscuit? No? Because it wasn’t worth mentioning and it was my last hope for the meal. Bummer.

Twice in a row I have ordered a simple 2 – 5 piece tenders and after paying have been asked to pull around to the front and wait. Both times now it has taken over 20 minutes to get my order. It was not busy either time!

My experience with their drive thru service at 7714 Milwaukee Ave was not pleasant at all. The lady was so rude and shut the window right after passing over my order and left. I did not get a chance to ask for ketchup which she did not include with my order. I waited there for about two minutes and she came back and asked me what I want. I said “Can I have some ketchup?” she grasped a few and passed them over and shut the window immediately again. I have never seen such a rude service before. Unfortunately comparing their service with Chick-fil-A is like night and day. After sending a complaint to Popeyes website, I got a reply quickly from the company apologizing for the situation. However, I still got no response from the store after they sent a copy of my complaint to the store. One thing I didn’t mention to them is that their fries are very dark and soggy. Have they overused their deep fry oil?

Missing fries after waiting for 10 minutes outside. Went back in and told them about it and they act like it’s your fault and had to wait for 10 minutes. We were so mad and left. Also, they never have buttermilk ranch in stock every time we were there. Bad management and rude. Don’t waste your time and money there.

With only 2 people working in the store they are still able to keep the food coming out fresh and in a timely manner. This store hands down has the best customer service and great quality food. They deserve a raise here definitely

The food was okay, but there was a 10 minute wait for it, and despite that the mango and strawberry lemonade were unavailable because the staff would have to prepare it (by their words). The regular lemonade had a bad aftertaste.
