I ordered from the drive thru and it was loud and difficult to place the order. The cashier did everything that she could to get my order correct. Although, there were Minor problems, I think the overall experience was positive. I had to go into the store lobby to have my order adjusted. I waited longer for service than actually placing the initial order. Further, I think management could be a bit more supportive of staff to ensure they have everything they need to provide good customer service.

Did a mobile order so I could quickly pick up my food and eat it on my short lunch. Despite waiting 20 min between placing the order and arriving at the restaurant, I still spent more than 15 minutes at the restaurant waiting on my food. I didn’t get to eat my lunch…

My food took over 12 minutes to get. Went through the driver thur and was asked to pull around to the front, waited thier, and finally went in to get my food 12 minutes later. I got my food halfway back to the office when I realized they had forgotten my apple pie. Turned around to get. When I got back to my office , I noticed they had forgotten my dippen sauce. I will think twice before going g back to this location. Staff was not help or polite.

At this location make sure you double check everything the young lady in the drive thru does not fully check your order is complete before handing it to you. She even tried to give me attitude when I brought it up to their attention multiple times not just once. They act like their mistakes are ours and they act like it comes out of their checks
