I really hope for Popeyes franchise that people dont think this is what it is supposed to be. This location was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with Popeyes. The biscuits were nasty and tasted like other food in the refrigerator had soaked into them. Yes, they were served like that. Chicken was old like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. The person that was taking our order just stopped in the middle and never came back. After 5 mins, someone finally took our order at the register. I really wasted my time and money on this one.

Food wasn’t really that good they were just about out of the spicy fried chicken it didn’t taste fresh but for an upside they were making more spicy chicken but I was in a hurry so I didn’t get to wait for the fresh. The macaroni and cheese was not that good. Usually popeyes fried chicken is pretty good i guess just not at dinner time.

If I could give negative stars I would. The worst customer service ever! I placed and orde for three items one of them being a chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. I checked the bag before leaving and accounted for all the items. When I got home I realized there were no chicken tenders. I called the store and the manager said I was not charged for the chicken even though I ordered it and if I wanted to go back to the store and pick it up they would give me the chicken. That’s it. So while my family eats one of us has to drive back across town for two chicken tenders. I am furious. I tell my husband to take the shrimp back too because it’s cold and most of it was just hard batter. I wanted hime to ask for a fresh order. So the manager, who refused to provide just her first name, said she would not replace the shrimp and gave the two chicken tenders and said that’s all she was gonna do. That she gave us the two tenders without charging us. She acted like this was gonna come right out of her check. The inconvenience alone is worth more than 2 tenders not to mention the gas and time and now cold meal being eaten after everyone else is finished. I am just old school I guess and have always hmgine out of my way to make sure others are well taken care of. I just know that there will be a time in the future where this lady is treated just as poorly as I was and I and had about that. But just another let down with the current attitude. Not sure good customer service exists anywhere these days. Popeyes on Main in Longmont has a crew working that has shown me doesn’t care about providing a good experience and creating a return customer. But why would they? We will never ever go there again.

Yesterday around 5:00pm I went and ordered a #4 with Mac and cheese with a coke. The white man that works the window with blue eyes and fluffy hair that has major side eye issues and attitude problems, if you don’t like your job I’m sorry. I asked for ranch and not a side of attitude. Thanks Popeyes for the absolute best customer service. First bad review I ever did but I guess his attitude towards me was worth it right? Find another job sir !

Was here a couple of weeks ago and received points on my app. Today I’m told they don’t have a scanner for the app so I don’t receive my points and there is no way to add them after the fact unlike Qdoba and others. No sauces as requested when ordering and confirmed, never made it in the bag. Glad I checked before I left the window. Done with this location and no intentions of trying again.

This is the worst drive-up experience ever! I left from town without having 2 sandwich meals. I go back 4 hours later, on my way to Denver to pick up their mistakes and they’ve given me the oldest greesiest chicken I’ve EVER had! They also had not one single dessert available! Thumbs down!!!

They’ve been very hit and miss lately. Usually day crew is amazing and the quality top notch but the evening and night crews seems to not GAF, and seem passive aggressive like I’m always nice and polite but when I specified I wanted a breast included in my 3 piece they chose the smallest mangled-up piece they could find (I think they just gave me a back w a riblet attached).
