First off, I have never written a review for any fastfood. Figured that’s a waste of time. I just have to for this place because it’s the worst service I’ve ever seen. They are always extremely slow here and terrible at their job. Last time I was here (inside building) there were only two people in line in front of me and I stood there for 40 minutes before she took my order and then another 30 minutes before it was served to me. Then, when it finally was served the chicken was hard and bad. I’ve eaten here 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months. This time I pulled into the drive-through with only one car in the line in front of me. She told me to wait immediately. I waited 5 minutes before she even began to take my order. By that time the other car was pulling away that was in front of me, as she began mine. (It wasn’t busy at all). This time the chicken was okay, but the macaroni side it came with was all watery and disgusting. The cheese in it had a weird texture and looked like a sponge (see my picture), and it tasted terrible. I didn’t finish it and lost money on the dish. They only filled up the Macaroni bowl about 1/2 full. I basically didn’t get any, and it looks like it’s the bottom of a pan. The service here is terrible. I would prefer never to come back here again but I was really hungry and enjoy Popeyes at most other places in Colorado.

Love that chicken. Nothing better than Popeyes chicken. We were the only customers there, on a Sunday afternoon. Kinda sad, you’d think we’d get better service, it was ok. The second visit they were out of white chicken. My biscuit is now in my rock collection !! I’m talking hard as a rock, unbelievable.

I want to rate this place well. Wait times are there but it’s not a big deal for me personally to wait a little while. Especially if the food is good. I have ate here about 10 times since they opened. Maybe more. I regret going to this place most every time. Unfortunately often when I have been here I have received undercooked or overcooked chicken. Uncooked chicken could kill me if I had a weak immune system or if I was a child and frankly as a parent it concerns me that they are not checking the food to make sure it’s cooked properly. I feel that over the course of them opening I have received a lot of poor food and a lot of food I could not even eat. The people there are very friendly and I don’t think the place is trashed so I I will give them that but unfortunately they are serving potentially deadly food and I feel I have lost countless dollars eating here hoping they have fixed the problem. I do not believe they will be able to fix this issue and i recommend everyone avoid this Popeyes.

LAST TIME HERE… I used the app and place a drive through order. It was about 15 minutes before I got there, they told me I’d take them 5 minutes to prepare my order and pull to the parking lot. 10 minutes later someone brought out my order. I briefly looked in the bag and appeared it was all there, but once I got home, I didn’t get what I ordered. Wrong chicken sandwich and the other order was a 5 piece special, NO white meat and it was cooked way too long. Biscuits were burnt and hard. I will be deleting my app and will NEVER return. Be cautious if you go to this particular location.

Check your food! They don’t tell you if they are out of something and they just throw random chicken in the box! The one breast we got was old and dried out along with 2 of the wings. My kid likes the sandwich which was perfect but even the cashier was somewhat rude.

Very rude for no reason, had to transfer money into my account so was told to wait to pay. The worker running food out, after I paid, which is always a 15 minute ordeal completely ignored me. My food sat on the counter so I grabbed it myself after we watched her take everyone else’s food out to them. Like was she going to just leave it there indefinitely? Too oily change/clean your fry machine and it’s fast food not a 35 minute chicken waiting party.

Bad customer service. Order has not been correct even once. Have to get out after going through the drive through everytime. No straw no forks for food. Asked for hot sauce and the kid gave me an open buffalo sauce. Y’all need to get some people that want to work. In my business, if these mistakes are made repeatedly, we shut down. Hopefully the food is good if not then 0 stars for this location

I wanted to love this Popeyes. I remember taking trips to Louisiana with my family as a kid, and Popeyes was our very first stop every time. I was thrilled to see this one being built. I’ve just not had a great experience yet, and it’s been open for years. I keep hoping.
