Appalling service. Waited in line for at least 10 Mims ad they filled drive thru orders. Wild. Never had worse service for any location I’ve been to. Shocked me so much I recorded it. Added another video or yet another customer just sitting their waiting. Just heard the line manager yell at the team to “shut up, I’m sick of hearing you constantly in my ear”. What a zoo…

Posting for friend since I do not see her post, ordered off the app, they did not have Mac n Cheese so they substituted with….nothing, she had to go back, was supposed to get two free pieces chicken, employee had attitude with that, sorry, company’s app, charged $0.50 for ONE honey even though order had five biscuits. Supposed to credit her $10.00, instead they did $3.00, new math??? Please do not use excuse that Company should pay better wages, find another job rather than have attitude. Do not cause someone else stress because you have attitude. This affected eight people, so eight lost customers plus everyone we pass it along to.

Ordered a 16-piece meal spicy. The young man who helped me made sure all of it was available and boxed it up. Then, a few minutes later, a gal came over and told us they didn’t have it all and insisted her Mgr pulled her aside to say they didn’t! They young man then emptied the boxes for us back out The quality was awful. Very small legs and wings with just 1 breast and 1 thigh. Very rude.

Amazing it’s had its ups and downs but all my visits lately have been AMAZING! The food is always fresh the staff is so nice! Especially the manager America! She’s so nice and sweet! The environment here is so refreshing! I love eating out at places where you can hear the staff laugh and play around with each other! It truly does feel as if I’m at home! Everyone is so nice! Will keep coming back!

Placed a order online total was like $40.00 plus. Was suppose to get 2 pc chicken free with order $10.00 or more. Was not in the purchase. Sides was 1 large coleslaw and large Mac and cheese. There was no Mac in cheese in my bag. Had to go back in and was told no Mac and cheese today)but was not credited back. Over $5.00. Had to pay for a large coleslaw.Over $5.00. Total of 8 biscuits were hard as rocks.And only offered a refund of $3.00.Should have been refunded at least 17.00. I was very disappointed . And the person that assisted me had a attitude problem. I will not be returning to the Popeye’s on Southern.

Ordered a 12 piece spicy family meal. The chicken was regular and not spicy and we received 3 thighs and 9 drumsticks. No breasts or wings. This is unacceptable. Our receipt stated that we should have received 3 of each. The large side of red beans and rice was not cooked properly, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. This was our second visit to this location and last as they did not give us the correct order last time either.

Decided to try this spicy chicken sandwich for lunch and sadly it wasn’t what I expected. The sandwich bun was hard and inside was moist from the pickles. The chicken it self was not crunchy it and it was wet and raw, it felt like it was in the heater to long and basically baked inside the bag. Couldn’t finish it, but will try it later hopefully it will be better
